Through field experiment in Dali Midu county of Yunnan province,effects of phosphorus on growing,yield,quality and utilization ratio of K326 and DL01 were studied.Results of studied showed that:1.The results of test showed that,two varieties can be improved whose Biology properties noticeably,height,stem,the leaf number and the blade by using phosphorus.Comprehensive analysis,K326 and DL01 use phosphorus fertilizer 4.8 -7.2kg/667m~2 can reach the best agriculture properties.2.Two varieties by useing more phosphate fertilizer,can be advanced the rosette,squaring, topping stage of tobacco.Except CK treatments,there is no big difference between every growing period.All the type of plants,leaf shape decides from the varieties,and have nothing to do with Phosphorus Consumption.3.The results of studied indicates:by moving forward with the growing period,the photosynthetic characteristics,leaf chlorophy,NR activity of K326 and DL01 have lessening trend.4.The result indicates,K326 can gain maximal output by useing phosphorus fertilizer 4.8 kg/667m~2;DL01 gain maximal output by using phosphorus fertilizer 7.2 kg/667m~2.Comparison of two variety'output every treatments of DL01's output more than K326.The proper phosphate fertilizer can improve output value of flue-cured tobacco,the output value of two varieties of apply phosphorus treatments more than CK treatment obviously.5.In this test,the sugar ratio of K326 higher than DL01,K326 increases reaction to apply phosphorus amounts than DL01 is more obvious.The general nitrogen contents of two varieties come down with phosphorus dosages increasing,the general nitrogen contents maximal K326 phosphorus dosages are handled rise to some extent on the contrary,general nitrogen of parallel two varieties tobacco leaf contents, general K326 tobacco leaf nitrogen contents obvious greater than DL01.In this test the potassium contents of two varieties' leaf are lower than 2%equally.K326 employs phosphate fertilizer 4.8 kg/667m~2 tobacco leaves potassium contents most highly;DL01 employs phosphate fertilizer 2.4 kg/667m~2 tobacco leaves potassium contents most highly.K326 employs phosphate fertilizer 4.8 kg/667m~2,DL01 employs phosphate fertilizer 7.2 kg/667m~2 can have an effect to reduce nicotine contents.Parallel two varieties tobacco leaf nicotine contents,K326's leaf nicotine contents more than the DL01's obviously.The result indicates the tobacco central section leaf chlorine ion,K326 and DL01 process respectively part for in 0.81%and 0.78%or so,change 0.02 percentage point,tobacco leaf the chlorine ion of leaf have nothing with dosages phosphorus.6.Within entire growing period,there is a little difference in the accumulation of phosphorus between K326 and DL01,shows the trend descending for the phosphorus usually accumulates presentation format after rising first on the entirety,the squaring stage is maximal,reduce in the maturation stage.7.By move forward with the growing period backwardness,two varities plant phosphate fertilizer utilization ratio increases to mature later stage phosphate fertilizer also gradually, utilization ratio makes fall after rise to some extent,also obvious phosphate fertilizer utilization ratio higher than growth earlier stage,phosphate fertilizer apply time bringing bigger fertilizer efficiency into play on soil in locality is longer.
