| In order to explore the effect of phosphate fertilizer combined with phosphate solubilizing bacterial fertilizer on the soil microbe,chemical properties and yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco in the rhizosphere,Yunyan 87 was used as a test variety in Huayuan County,Xiangxi Prefecture,Hunan Province from March to August 2017.A randomized block design experiment of phosphate solubilizing bacterial fertilizer(0,75kg/hm~2)and phosphate fertilizer(0,1250kg/hm~2)was set up,each treatment is:no application of phosphate-resolving bacterial fertilizer and no application of phosphate fertilizer(CK);application of phosphate-resolving bacterial fertilizer and no application of phosphate fertilizer(J);no phosphate-resolving bacterial fertilizer and application of phosphate fertilizer(P);application of phosphate-resolving bacterial fertilizer and application of phosphate fertilizer:(J+P).This study analyzed the effects of phosphate fertilizers combined with phosphorus-solving bacteria on the functional diversity of microbes in flue-cured tobacco rhizosphere soil,chemical traits,flue-cured tobacco root vigor,dry matter accumulation and phosphorus uptake,and tobacco leaf yield and quality.Here are the main results obtained:(1)30 days after transplantation of the flue-cured tobacco,phosphate fertilizers combined with phosphate-solving bacteria can significantly increase the number of rhizosphere soil culturable bacteria and fungi,enhance the metabolic activity of the microbial community,and significantly enhance the soil microorganisms’carbohydrates,amino acids,amines and phenols.The utilization of phosphate-solving bacteria has significantly improved the microbial richness index,Shannon index,Mc Intosh index and Mc Intosh uniformity,and changed the carbon source metabolism characteristics of microbial communities.(2)30 and 60 days after transplantation of flue-cured tobacco,phosphate fertilizers combined with phosphate-solving bacteria can reduce the p H of the rhizosphere soil,significantly increase the effective phosphorus content of the soil,and has no significant effect on the organic matter and total phosphorus content.(3)60 days after transplantation of flue-cured tobacco,phosphate fertilizer combined with phosphate-solving bacteria can significantly increase the plant height,maximum leaf area and root activity of flue-cured tobacco,significantly increase the total sugar,reduce sugar and sugar-base ratio of the middle flue-cured tobacco leaves,and significantly increase the yield and output value.(4)90 days after transplantation of flue-cured tobacco,phosphate fertilizers combined with phosphate-solving bacteria can significantly increase the total dry matter and root dry matter quality of flue-cured tobacco,significantly increase the total accumulation of phosphorus in flue-cured tobacco,and the utilization rate of phosphate fertilizer has increased significantly by 4.89%. |
