Due to the rapid development of economy, The human's demand for mineral resources are growing, more and more industrial pollutions, a large number of heavy metals into the environment, such as land, water, Heavy metal pollution are worsening, it become one of the important ecological environment problems that human beings must facing. A large number of heavy metals pollute soil, then heavy metals migrate into the tobacco from soil, it will affect the growth of tobacco, At the same time, the heavy metals also can be directly by human smoking and secondhand smoke to enter human body indirectly, eventually harm human's health. In order to achieve safety in production of tobacco leaf, This test by screening tobacco varieties for the low absorption of Cadmium, explore under Cadmium stress, the distribution and transfer rule of Cadmium in different varieties of tobacco and tobacco influence the absorption of mineral nutrition elements. The conclusion is:1. By the method of hydroponic seedling, under the Cadmium stress, test the 39 different varieties of tobacco's development situation and Cadmium content, preliminary selected K326, Banana Leaf, QINGGENG, JINGYEHUANG,YUNYAN 85, CHANGBOHUANG, NC82 and XIANGYAN 3 about eight varieties of tobacco with strong tolerance to cadmium, notably the K326, banana leaf of cadmium enrichment is low.2. Screening process by the method of potted plant to eight different tobacco varieties to Cadmium stress test, through comparing the different varieties of tobacco's growth and cadmium content, find different tobacco varieties's growth and accumulation of Cadmium has obvious difference under Cadmium stress. Under 2mg/kg of exogenous cadmium stresses, eight varieties of cadmium content in roots, stems and leaves was significantly higher than the control group, and in each period, cadmium content in root, stem and leaf is different;3. By the method of potted plant under cadmium stress, measuring K326's different parts of tobacco Cadmium content and the mineral elements content, Preliminary understanding the influence of different cadmium stress on tobacco absorbing mineral elements, the absorption of tobacco leaf on Cadmium's correlation with Mn, Cu, Zn's absorption is better, the absorption of tobacco leaf on Cadmium's correlation with Ca, Mg, Fe's absorption is poorer,...
