The Evaluation Of Cultivated Land Quality In Dashiqiao City

With China ’s rapid economic and social development,the cultivated land resources are decreasing with the development of the city.At the same time,people often neglect the decline of cultivated land quality.The serious decline of cultivated land quality,including farmland degradation,decline of soil fertility,soil pollution and soil and water loss,all contribute to the decrease of crop yield,which threatens the food security of our country.In this year’s 26 th national land day publicity,has clearly put the strengthening of arable land quality management as an important theme,stressed that a certain quality of cultivated land protection.In this grim situation,the Ministry of Land and Resources in 2015 issued< Circular on the Implementation of the Survey,Evaluation,and Monitoring of the Cultivated Land Quality in China in 2015> and the document called for accelerated nationwide investigation and updating of the quality of cultivated land.In the same year,the Liaoning Provincial Department of Land and Resources issued <on the strengthening of the new quality of cultivated land and other assessment of the work of the notice>.This also requires that the farmland quality equal assessment report should be used as a criterion for applying for a technical review of the balance of arable land.At present,domestic scholars use GIS spatial data management technology combined with fuzzy analysis method,comprehensive index method,hyperspectral data analysis method,multi-objective comprehensive evaluation method and other methods to evaluate the quality of cultivated land.Combined with Dashiqiao city’s natural and socio-economic development,in this paper,a multi-objective comprehensive evaluation method of Dashiqiao City farmland quality evaluation research.The multi-objective comprehensive evaluation method is a statistical analysis method which transforms multiple indicators into one index which can reflect the comprehensive situation to evaluate the objects.In the evaluation period,we use the AHP method and Delphi method are used to determine the index weight,From the natural conditions and socio-economic conditions of two aspects we selected nine indicators.(1.Soil organic matter content,2.Soil p H,3.Terrain slope,4.Surface soil texture,5.Plow layer thickness,6.Surface rock outcrop,7.Access roads,8.Drainage conditions,9.Irrigation guarantee)to establishment of Dashiqiao City cultivated land quality evaluation index system.Using Arc GIS9.3 software dashiqiao cultivated land evaluation results are spatial overlay analysis to calculate the dashiqiao cultivated land quality comprehensive evaluation score.The result shows that the comprehensive evaluation score of cultivated land quality in Dashiqiao City is 88.43,the lowest score is 60.42,and the average score is 79.54.Using the natural grading function of Arc GIS software,the cultivated land is divided into four grades(the higher the grade,the better the quality of cultivated land).Among them,thecultivated land area is 3384.51 hectares,accounting for 5.05% of the total,mainly distributed in Jianyi town,Zhoujia town and Huangtuling town,and other towns are sporadic;Area of 10140.15 hectares,accounting for the city’s total area of 15.11% of arable land,mainly in Guantun town,Boluopu town and Huangtuling town;three cultivated area of 19578.50 hectares,accounting for29.19% of the total,mainly in the total area of cultivated land is 33979.79 hectares,accounting for50.65% of the total cultivated land area.The fourth-grade cultivated land occupies the largest amount and is mainly distributed in Shuiyuan town,Qikou town and Gaokan town.In general,The overall quality of cultivated land in Dashiqiao is good,and the proportion of cultivated land in the four levels is relatively large.From the comprehensive evaluation score point of view,the quality of cultivated land in western China is higher,and the quality of cultivated land in eastern area is worse.In this paper,a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of cultivated land in Dashiqiao urban area is taken as the research object and find out the factors which affecting the quality of cultivated land change.According to the evaluation results,and put forward some suggestions and measures for the protection and promotion of cultivated land quality.For the land and agriculture and other relevant departments provide the basis for referenceto to take measures to double the quality of cultivated land management,preparation of the overall land use planning,the designation of basic farmland protection areas and the development of land supply plan.
