In the traditional farmland irrigation,the water and fertilizer irrigation is not synchronized,the utilization efficiency of water and fertilizer is low,which causes serious problems such as premature failure of grain crops in the late stage,which seriously hinders the further development of grain production.Water and fertilizer integration can not only solve the serious waste of water and fertilizer,the problem of labor shortage,but also the trend of increasing the trend of today's land.Water and fertilizer integration including drip irrigation,micro-irrigation,infiltration irrigation and small pipe outflow and other forms,micro-sprinkler because of its main water jet parts micro-spray with cheap,low water pressure,spray irrigation area,easy to install and easy to plug Advantages in the field of irrigation,fertilization widely used.Water and fertilizer integration micro-sprinkler system generally consists of water,the first system,water spray components and water distribution network.At present,the domestic production of water and fertilizer integrated micro-sprinkler equipment operation trouble,the volume is difficult to move;in the micro-spray with the choice of the lack of theoretical basis;most of the micro-irrigation system design did not take into account the field of water distribution network optimization.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs and optimizes the water and fertilizer integrated micro-sprinkler irrigation system,the optimal design of field piping network and the micro-irrigation system of water and fertilizer integration,and provides the theoretical basis and science for water and fertilizer integration in accordance with.First of all,water and fertilizer integrated micro-sprinkler system design of the overall program: According to the law of field crop irrigation and fertilization,micro-spray with normal work on the pressure and water quality requirements,to determine the water and fertilizer integrated micro-irrigation system and key components of the system Design.Secondly,based on the general system analysis of AMESim software,according to the principle of water and fertilizer integrated micro-sprinkler irrigation system,AMESimsoftware was used to optimize the micro-jetting system of micro-sprinkler system and micro-sprinkler system.Selection,each group of several micro-jet with simultaneous irrigation and in the slope of the field in the micro-sprinkler system layout to provide a theoretical basis.Then,the fluent module in the ANSYS software was used to optimize the bending shape of the main pipe and the influence of the wind on the uniformity of the microcrackers: the mixing of the mother liquor and the irrigation water in the main pipe with different bending shapes were studied.The simulation results show that the wind speed is different from that of the micro-sprinkler irrigation system,and the theoretical basis of the micro-sprinkler irrigation system is provided.Then,the genetic algorithm is optimized by using the tree-shaped pipe network,using Matlab software and genetic algorithm,combined with the irrigation project of Gaojiazhuang Village in Tai'an City to optimize the Diversion Pipeline Network,In order to obtain the largest distribution of water distribution network layout.Finally,the experimental study on the micro-sprinkler irrigation system in water and fertilizer is carried out.According to the designed micro-jetting system,the micro-jetting zone is designed in the test field,and the test plan is designed to detect the uniformity of the micro-jet spray.In the case of wind the study.The experimental results show that the uniformity coefficient of spray at 13 meters spray is 90% at the speed of 2.05 m / s,and the spraying distance of the 80 m long microjet tape is more than other sampling points.Spraying spray at 80 meters spray uniformity coefficient of84.4%,are less than other sampling points.Which flow at 26 meters are greater than other sampling points,80 meters at the flow rate is less than other sampling points.The uniformity coefficient of spraying along the way is not much difference,spraying uniformity coefficient is greater than 80%,spray uniformity is good.
