Minqin desert area is located between the Badain Jaran Desert and the Tengger Desert. It is one of the most serious desertification areas in the country. It is at the forefront of desertification monitoring and control, and the ecosystem is very fragile.Wild Lycium ruthenicum Murr.is the main vegetation in the area, but due to illegal picking, has seriously affected the fragile desert vegetation system, most of the population decline trend, scientific protection and utilization of the population is imminent.Based on the calculation of variance ratio and interspecific association degree, the association between species and species of wild Lycium ruthenicum Murr.in Minqin desert area was tested and the correlation degree was measured. The Ripley K function point pattern analysis method was applied to wild Lycium ruthenicum Murr..The aim of this study is to provide a theoretical basis for the protection and utilization of wild Lycium ruthenicum Murr. The main results are as follows:1.There are few plant species in the community of Lycium ruthenicum Murr in Minqin desert area, and there is a significant positive correlation between species.Communities are mainly Kalidium foliatum(Pall.)Moq.,Nitraria tangutorum Bobr.,Reaumuria songarica(Pall.)Maxim.,Asterothamnus centrali-asiaticus Novopokr.;Peganum nigellastrum Bunge.,Peganum harmala L.,Karelinia caspia(Pall.)Less.,Stipa sareptana Becher var.,Limonium aureum(Linn.)Hill.,Lepidium apetalum Willd.;Suaeda glauca(Bunge)Bunge in Bull.,Plantago depressa Willd.,Digitaria chrysoblephara Fig.,Bassia dasyphylla,Salsola collina Pall.,Echinops gmelini Turcz..2.The ?~2 test of the community of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.in Minqin desert area show that there are 54 pairs of positive link, accounting for 40% of the total logarithm, was negative link with 78 pairs, accounting for 57% of the total logarithm, was independent There are 4 pairs, accounting for 3% of the total logarithm. The Spearman rank correlation coefficient to measure the correlation between species are basically same as the result of the ?2 test.3.The population of the Lycium ruthenicum Murr.in Minqin desert area was declining under the three habitats in saline soil, soil land and semi-fixed sandy land.In the case of saline soil, the individuals were mainly concentrated in the grade ?and ?,accounting for 67.5% of the total. In the soil condition, the individuals were mainly concentrated in the ?and ?grades, accounting for 78.5% of the total;Sand conditions, the individual mainly concentrated in the ?,level, accounting for 73% of the total.?4.In the semi-fixed sand conditions, the growth stages were random distribution, and the ages were unrelated.Under the condition of soil land and saline soil, the distribution of distribution is gradually distributed randomly. The adjacent age is positively correlated, and the other age.
