In this paper,on the basis of a large number of literature,using different methods to deal with Lycium ruthenicum Murr.seeds high germination rate and seedling survival rate,organic fertilizer and fertilizer distribution is used to determine the Lycium ruthenicum Murr.the growth of aerial part and underground part of Chinese wolfberry dynamically determine the Lycium ruthenicum Murr.in seedling breeding in the process of optimal fertilization way,through the annual seedlings according to seedling grading after transplanting experiment was carried out to study the Lycium ruthenicum Murr.all levels after transplanting plant growth dynamics,yield and economic benefit,through the above study to determine the best of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.seed breeding and the level of the fruit of Chinese wolfberry seedling transplanting,the influence of yield and economic benefit after.For the fruit of Chinese wolfberry artificial large area to provide quality qualified seedling cultivation,from the source,ensure the quality of the fruit of Chinese wolfberry and output and make its application in production,to promote the industrialization of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.seedling,standard production process of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.1 ? Lycium ruthenicum Murr.growth performance for change,above ground level of miao treatment and leaf wilted on the growth is in Sri Lanka,and overall growth better,secondary seedlings with the slowest growth rate,level 3 seedling treatment early,slow growth and latequickly.The growth rates of three processed Lycium ruthenicum Murr.wolfberry strains,main stems and branches were different.The height of the plant was higher and higher,reaching the maximum on October 15,which was the highest for the second seedling treatment,with an average of 118.27 cm.Main stem diameter in the whole growth process of continues to increase,along with the rapid growth of the plant,before August enlargement speed faster,after anywhere on the part of a slowdown in the growth rate slowed down,after August 15,main stem diameter in a stable increase trend,the increase is not obvious.Results showed that the seedling classification transplanting had significant effect on the production of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.,one of the primary production of seedling transplanting is highest,up to 153.75 kg/hm2,and no significant difference between the seedlings,but significant difference was found in primary and secondary seedlings of two processing production,that Lycium ruthenicum Murr.seedling transplanting one class is conducive to raising the output of Lycium ruthenicum Murr..The index of yield is the main index to measure the yield and benefit of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.wolfberry.It can be seen from the refractive index and fresh fruit diameter that the water content of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.goji berries is larger,and the larger the diameter of fruit,the smaller the yield.In terms of economic benefit,the three-stage seedling treatment is only16554.00 yuan/hm2 due to its low yield,and the difference between the two treatments is very obvious.The economic benefits of primary and secondary seedlings transplanting difference is not obvious,respectively,47662.50 yuan/hm2 and 40222.50 yuan/hm2,among them,the level of seedling with best economic benefit,the secondary and tertiary treatment were higher than7440.00 yuan/hm2 seedling and 311085.50 yuan/hm2,therefore,the level of seedling transplanting Lycium ruthenicum Murr.in yield,economic benefits and fruit diameter and appearance characteristics,are better than the other two.
