Table grape(Vitis vinifera L.)isfavorable for its rich nutrition and wonderful flavor as well as lovely appearance.In recent years,grape industry developed rapidly inGuanzhongarea,and there was a great progress in grape cultivation technology and the breeding of new varieties.However,in the case of various varieties,the special advantage was not obvious and the distribution of varieties was not scientific.In this study,the phenological phase,growth characteristic,fruit economic traits and fruit quality of 18 different table grape varieties in Guanzhong Plain were analyzed and determined.The results are expected to provide a guidance for the screening of superior table grape varieties in Guanzhong Plain and provide a theoretical basis for planting in a large scale with the excellent quality of table grape varieties.The main results were showed as follows:In the aspect of growth properties: growth and development stages of grape in greenhouse cultivation were earlier than that in open field cultivation,and the days of coloring stage to harvest stage was increased,while theharvest stage was delayed under greenhouse cultivation.Eurasian species affected by greenhouse microclimate were more obvious than that of European and American hybrid species,while the growth and development stages of European and American hybrid species was earlier than that of Eurasian grapes.In the aspect of fruit quality: the appearance quality and nutritional quality were better in solar greenhouse,while the sugar content was higher and the flavor quality was better in the open field cultivation mode.According to the results of factor analysis,the initial nine quality indicators were divided into appearance quality,flavor quality,sweet taste and nutritional quality.The classify results of cluster analysis were consistent with the results of factor analysis.In conclusion,the combination of greenhouse and open field cultivation could extend the time that grape appear on the market,then increase the economic benefits.The varieties with different quality advantages are cultivated in order to meet the needs of different people.Hutai No.8 was the main cultivar in Guanzhong area,which performed well in economic characters,appearance quality and internal quality.Moreover,due to the high fruit quality both in open field and in greenhouse cultivation,it was proved to be a good cultivar worth for demonstration and popularization.In addition,Jumeigui,Yatomi Rosa,Gold Finger,Centennial Seedless,Flame Seedless,Summer Black and Red Barbara were also suitable for high quality grape cultivation in Guanzhong area.
