In order to develop a robust tomato seedlings,this paper studied adding different plant growth inhibitor in summer and warming nutrient solution in winter for tomato plant height,stem diameter,leaf number,root activity,the influence of the root cap ratio and strong seedling index,and warming nutrient solution in winter was studied in the whole growth period of tomato plant height,stem diameter,leaf number,chlorophyll content,root activity,fruit quality and water use efficiency,etc.The results are as follows:1.Using a certain amount is added in the nutrient solution multieffect azole,cycocel and mepiquat chloride to control the growing of plants.The results showed that were added in the nutrient solution 1,2 mg/kg paclobutrazol,20,25 mg/kg cycocel,10,20 mg/kg mepiquat chloride amine can effective control of the plant growin.Added in the nutrient solution,20 mg/kg cycocel,10 and 20 mg/kg mepiquat chloride seedling index was 0.0284,0.0325,0.0511 and 0.0365,respectively,compared with increased by 9.2%,25%,96.5% and 40.4%.,and added 1 mg/kg,2 mg/kg paclobutrazol plant seedling index is less than the blank processing;That is added in the nutrient solution 20 mg/kg and 25 mg/kg cycocel,10 mg/kg,20 mg/kg mepiquat chloride moderate growth,can effectively control plant improve seedling index;Three growth inhibitor of moderate growth inhibitory effect of intensity and time is different also,pesticide effect time paclobutrazol > cycocel > mepiquat chloride.Use seedling culture in nutrient solution without substrate in the summer,can be added 10 mg/kg mepiquat chloride and 25 mg/kg cycocel in the nutrient solution.2.It can improve the growing of plants by warming nutrient solution in winter,the root-shoot ratio of the warming treatment plant is increased,with the increase of solution temperature,the root vigor is downward,it canincrease the maximum leaf area of tomato leaves,also increase the content of tomato leaf light and pigment significantly by warming in nutrient solution in winter Look from the root-shoot ratio and strong seedling index,the test of T2(18 ? during the day,night 14 ?)is better,root-shoot ratio increased by 46.4%,the seedling index increased by 31.3% and 31.3% respectively.3.Withthe warming of nutrient solution,the plant height,stem diameter and leaf number of tomato were significantly greater than the room temperature.The root vigor was significantly less than the room temperature by 21.75%.It could improve significantly the content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll a/b is significantly greater than the room temperature by warming nutrient solution in winter,but the total photosynthetic pigment and room temperature difference was not significant.Warming treatment significantly higher yield than normal temperature increased by 29.28%,and the fruit quality has been significantly increased soluble sugar,ascorbic acid,soluble solids and sugar acid ratio increased by 15.46%,15.46%,16.04% and 15.46% respectively,titratable acid decreased by 12.28%.Warming treatment plant water consumption is higher than normal treatment,but the water use efficiency was also significantly increased by 25.33%.Heating nutrient solution can significantly increase the yield,fruit quality and water use efficiency in winter.
