At present,China's water resources waste is serious,especially in the field of agriculture.The traditional farmland irrigation basically to flood irrigation,resulting in serious waste of water resources and low utilization efficiency,the solution is to promote the development of precision irrigation,on-demand irrigation technology,can reduce the waste of water resources,improve the utilization of water resources;two can effectively meet the crop demand for water,improve the yield.According to conservation of water resources,improve the utilization rate,according to the actual situation of Shenyang Agricultural Uinversity research base Shenyang I type greenhouse,this paper designed a set of greenhouse tomato cultivated in bag micro irrigation system system,the specific contents are as follows:According to the demand of precision irrigation,irrigation requirements,and according to the tomato growth period of tomato growth and irrigation habits,choose a suitable model,model to determine the greenhouse environmental factors need to access and then through,then in accordance with the model to calculate the actual water demand,so as to achieve the scientific guidance of the effect of irrigation,and effective conservation of water resources and improve the utilization rate.According to the existing hardware resources,in combination with the actual greenhouse environment,starting from the actual demand,determine the overall structure of the system,in accordance with the high performance and low cost requirements,design the hardware part and software part.The hardware part includes irrigation control and data acquisition.Irrigation controller with STM32F103VCT6 as the core,has three main functions,one is to transfer the host computer through the CAN bus command to the data collector;two is to receive data acquisition data to the host computer and save;three is opened and closed by the control relay to control electromagnetic valve.Data collector with STM32F103C8T6 as the core,is mainly responsible for the collection of relevant environmental factors and real-time display through the liquid crystal LCD 12864.The system uses the idea of modular software design,after completion of all welding,first test the function of each module,testing after the completion of the assembly and debugging,the system installed in the power distribution cabinet,to the necessary protective measures,in order to be able for long-term use.In this paper,we use FreeRTOS operating system,FatFs file system,CAN bus technology and related crop water model to design a set of micro irrigation monitoring system.This system can realize the automatic irrigation process,real-time monitoring of greenhouse environment factors,the biggest advantage is to crop precision irrigation,on-demand irrigation,so as to guide the whole process of scientific irrigation,and conservation of water resources and improve crop yield.The test shows that the system is safe,reliable,stable and durable,and has good prospects for promotion.
