| From 2009 to 2013,Yunnan for four consecutive years of drought,most of the seriously arid areas concentrated in NW Yunnan,SW Yunnan and middle line of Yunnan province.The drought in these areas has depressed crop production and it has a great bad effect on local agricultural production and life,bring huge loss to the regional economy.In Huaning country of Yunnan Yuxi,the early maturity of citrus is determined by the unique natural greenhouse climate,and the early-maturity determines the advantage of market competence.The citrus production need much water,traditional irrigation methods are a waste of water,traditionally only ten percent of water can seep to the roots,more than ninety percent of water cannot take into roots,it is ineffective irrigation.At the same time,it is too late of saving water technology research in our country,irrigation automation is backward,to promote the development of an automatic water-saving irrigation system which is suitable for the situation of the country and the province have become important problem needed to be solved urgently.The automatic irrigation of citrus is taken as the research object in this paper,according to the actual situation of citrus irrigation,select the plant roots irrigate method can saving water up to eighty percent,develop a set of automatic irrigation and data acquisition system for water and fertilizer in citrus roots based on PLC and HMI.The soil moisture content was measured by soil moisture sensor and adjust the water requirement of citrus of each growth stage,it can realize the automatic irrigation accord with the plant growth rule,use PLC and HMI build the data acquisition system,The soil temperature and humidity can be collected regularly,and the amount of irrigation and rainfall in each test area can be recorded.By the collection and research of fertilization and irrigation in 6 experiments and the monitoring and collection of citrus fruit growth,it can be concluded that the operation of the irrigation system and the sensor data collection and the soil temperature and humidity change with the influence of climate and irrigation are normal.The growth rate of new shoots in the experimental area was significantly higher than that in other experimental areas,citrus yield improved significantly,the system of automatic fertilizer to citrus controlled by soil temperature and humidity sensor is line with law of citrus growth,Integrated automatic root irrigation and Fertilization Technology can be promoted in water shortage area,Increasing the economic benefit and water saving efficiency of agricultural production. |
