Cotton seedlings transplanting can extend the crop growth period,so that cotton production and quality is improved,compared with direct seeding has great advantages,however,the degree of mechanization of cotton transplanting in C hina is not high,the existing transplanting methods rely mainly on artificial transplanting,making the economic benefits of transplanting can not play,restricting the development of the cot ton industry.O n the basis of understanding and analyzing the research status of domestic and foreign transplanting machines and the agronomic requirements of cotton transplanting in China,In this paper,according to the existing semi-automatic transplanting machine,the labor intensity of artificial feeding is large,the number of auxiliary personnel is large,the transplanting speed is limited,the mechanical benefit is not obvious,it is difficult to promote the use in the field,and the design,simulatio n and experimental study on the mechanical properties of cotton seedlings were carried out.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Experimental study on mechanical properties of cotton seedlings.Using TMS-PRO texture analyzer to carry out the shear and bending tests of cotton stem in the cotton seedling stem of E'kangmian-10 and Tongza411 as the research object and the radial and axial compression tests on the nutrition bowl and moreover the drop tests on different heights and number of the pot seedlings are carried out.Exploring the change law of force-displacement on the cotton stalks in the process of shearing and bending and the pot body in the process of compression.The results show that:The shear strength and flexural strength of cotton seedlings under different loading rates are significantly different;the differences in shear and bending properties of different varieties of cotton seedlings under the same loading speed is also obvious;the loading speed and variety had a significant effect on the shear strength and flexural strength of the cotton seedlings,and the interaction of both had no significant effect on the shear strength and the bending strength;the bursting force of the pot body in the radial and axial compression modes is 73.3N ~110.5 N and 100.3N ~192.3 N by means of pot body compression,the resistance to extrusion of the pot body shows anisotropy;with the increase of dropping heightand number of the times,the more serious quality loss of the falling pot seedling.(2)Design of key components of cotton pot seedling transplanting assembly.Completed the structure design of the automatic sorting plug set,the casting pot device,the planting seedlings device,the hydraulic transmission system and the suspension device and the key components of each device were designed.The components are modeled and assembled by SolidWorks software to ensure that there is no interference between components.(3)Applying ANSYS to carry out statics analysis of the moving plate device in the sorting plug set to find the bearing vulnerabilities and strengthened.Using MATLAB / simulink to simulate and analyze the design of the hydraulic schematic diagram,according to the simulation results to improve the hydraulic schematic to reduce the hydraulic shock and meet the requirements of the work.(4)Taking pot seedling upright degree as test index to carry out indoor bench test on the transplanting device.Through the single factor test of the width with the flap plate and the frequency with the sorting plug,the optimal width of the flap plate and the dropping frequency were determined,and the rate of sorting plug at different dropping frequencies was obtained.The results showed that:the pot seedling upright degree is good when the width of the flap plate in the 40 mm,dropping frequency at 40 r / min-80 r / min has good pot seedling upright degree.(5)The single-factor test of the transplanting assembly was carried out by using the high-speed digital soil tank laboratory.Orthogonal experiment was carried out on the transplanting effect of the transplanting device,and the optimal combination was further tested.The experimental results showed that:it will achieve the best when the transplanting speed at 0.33 m /s,the opener type has little effect on the qualified rate of the planting distance and When the opener baffle is ?,the straightness is good,what`s more,When the dropping frequency is 50 r / min,the pot seedling upright degree is the best,and the qualified rate of the planting distance is the highest;The impact of the pot seedling upright degree from large to small followed by transplanting speed,dropping frequency and opener type and the influence degree of the qualified rate of the planting distance from large to small followed by dropping frequency,opener type and transplanting speed after the results of the orthogonal test were analyzed by range analysis.The effect of transplanting speed on the pot seedling upright degree was significant,and the effect of the dropping frequency on the qualified rate of the planting distance was no significant through the analysis of variance.Based on the optimal combination for test with seedlings,it is concluded that the pot seedling upright degree reached 67% and the qualified rate of the planting distance reached 92%.
