Cabbage has significant heterosis,but the heterosis of different inbred lines is different;In order to investigate the heterosis of with the same origin DH lines,inbred lines and male sterile lines(CMS).In this experiment,the cabbage DH plants created by microspores were selected and the plants with the same origin of Inbred lines were selected,the DH lines and inbred lines were constructed from their parents,they were crossed with CMS to obtain hybrid combinations.Observe the DH lines,inbred lines traits and hybrid combinations of hybrid advantages,get the following conclusions.1.The DH lines were highly homozygous inbred lines by plant traits,the DH lines plant growth was consistent but the plant growth potential was relatively weak.The bruises were more Flower ratio as high as 33.0%,single pod seed setting rate of 30.0%,This is difficult for DH applications in production.2.The results showed that the F1 traits of CMS with DH were better than those of CMS with inbred lines,and the differences in plant development and plant height were small.DH lines prepared F1 differences were 9 cm and 2.2 cm.Inbred lines were formulated with F1 differences of 19 cm and 6 cm,The leaf color of the plant was highly consistent,and the relative consistency of the flora of the plant was the highest.3.There was a significant positive correlation between the correlation of single ball weight and Center pillar long R=0.78,by correlation analysis and path analysis of hybrid combinations.There was a significant positive correlation between the single ball weight and the degree of development,and the correlation coefficient R=0.63,0.56;the direct path coefficient of the degree and the single ball weight was P=0.211,the diameter coefficient through the Center pillar was P=0.772,The positive diameter coefficient of the outer leaf number and the single ball weight was P=0.445.Through the Center pillar length P =0.427,showing a large positive effect,it can be seen that by increasing the degree of development,the number of outer leaves also indirectly increased the central column length,which is desirable to increase the single ball weight.4.Through the analysis of the growth regularity of the main agronomic traits affecting the single ball weight,the combined yield of leaf area is large,the plant height is high and the number of foreign leaves is high.In the process of high-yielding breeding of cabbage,we should pay attention to the selection of cabbage material with large length,long column length,high plant height and outside leaf number.
