Aronia melanocarpa Elliot application value is high,adaptability,cold and drought,suitable for most areas of China planting.The anthocyanins,polyphenols in Plant and fruit,flavonoids and other antioxidant substances in the high content of which anthocyanin content is the highest known plants,due to better oxidation resistance,so the Aronia melanocarpa Elliot rib flower Catalpa commonly used in the processing of anti-aging food,medicine and other products.The purpose of this experiment is to determine the black flower of the genus Drosophila diploid and tetraploid antioxidant activity of the content of And lay the foundation for the actual production and application of Polyploid Aronia melanocarpa Elliot.According to the determination of the antioxidant activity of tetraploid and diploid leaves of Aronia melanocarpa Elliot,the following conclusions were obtained:The content of anthocyanins in the tetraploid leaves of the genus Tetraploid was higher than that of the diploid leaves,and the content of anthocyanins in the tetraploid leaves was 3.89 g·L-1,The content of anthocyanins in the leaves was 2.18 g·L-1;The content of polyphenol in the tetraploid leaves of the genus Tetraploid was higher than that of the diploid leaves.The polyphenol content in the leaves of the tetraploid Aronia melanocarpa Elliot was 34.00 mg·L-1,polyphenol content in diploid leaves was 26.00 mg·L-1;The content of total flavonoids in the tetraploid leaves of the genus Tetraploid was higher than that of the diploid leaves.The total flavonoids in the tetraploid leaves were 25.68 mg·L-1,The total flavonoid content in the leaves was 20.72 mg·L-1;The activity of SOD and CAT in diploid and tetraploid tissue culture leaves of Tetraploid was significantly higher than that of diploid leaves,and the activities of SOD in diploid leaves The activity of SOD in the tetraploid leaves was 26.70 U·g-1Fw.The activity of CAT in the diploid leaves was 28.80 U·g-1 Fw,the activity of CAT in the tetraploid leaves was The activity was 52.20 U·g-1 Fw;The content of MDA and soluble sugar in diploid and tetraploid tissue culture leaves were different,and the content of MDA in diploid leaves was 3.31 μmol·L-1.In tetraploid leaves,MDA content was 3.26 μmol·L-1.The soluble sugar content in the diploid leaves was 3.06 mmol· L-1,and the soluble sugear content in the tetraploid leaves was 3.23 mmol · L-1;The DPPH free radical scavenging rate in the leaves of the tissue culture was higher than that of the diploid tissue culture leaves.
