In recent years,the sugarcane planting area in Yunnan province has been increasing year by year,which has become the second largest sugarcane production areas.Sugarcane is the main economic crops that can make the economic develop and the farm become rich in Yunnan province.The main sugarcane planting area of Yunnan province is located at mountain and the small plot,so the large and medium sugarcane harvester is not suitable.This will lead to the decrease of harvesting efficiency and the increase of harvesting operation strength.Meanwhile it will also affect the development of sugar industry in Yunnan province.so,the research of practical and economic sugarcane harvest that conforms to the terrain of Yunnan province has great significance in promoting the development of sucrose industry and accelerating sugarcane mechanization production.Firstly,compared with the foreign countries,the article analyzed the present situation of sugarcane harvesting and the characteristics of various harvest machines.It is included that the foreign sugarcane harvest is not suitable for application and popularization in china.Based on this analysis,the article put forward the whole design of sugarcane harvest.According to the requirements and design principles of reciprocating harvest,the harvest use symmetrical crank rocker mechanism as its transmission,reciprocating knife as its cutter,walking tractor as its driving system and design the basic parameters of whole machine.Through these analysis;the article complete the theoretical design of main structure parameters.By using Inventor,the article has completed the virtual prototype of the whole machine and obtained the whole power demand.The article use ADAMS simulation software on the kinematics analysis.The results of motion simulation are same with its design parameters.By doing modal analysis of the knife in Workbench,the first six natural frequency of knife is extracted and the result show that the resonance will not occur in the process of cutting.The dynamic simulation analysis on the cutting device is completed with the finite element analysis software.the article gets equivalent stress,displacement,cutting force and energy curve.At the same time,according to different cutting angle,cutting speed and operating speed,the article designed 3 factors 3 levels orthogonal simulation experiments and established the mathematical model between cutting force and influence.The article analyzed the interaction of the factors influence on cutting force and got the optimal parameter combination by optimizing the influence factors.Finally,the article verify the optimal combination of cutting parameters by experiment The experimental results show that the cutting effect is well and the broken rate meets the design requirement.
