Research and design sugarcane harvest machine used in GuangXi hills region is important for reducing the production cost and improving production efficiency.It also has broad market prospect.This paper aim to design the whole pole type small cane harvest machine relay on the project—state ministry of science and technology personnel service enterprise project,which cooperated with someone power machinery.In view of the current models of sugarcane leaf separation mechanism and collection of sugarcane as the research object.These projects mainly solve the problem of sugarcane leaf separation to break through the difficulties in innovation.This paper basis on the original prototype,through the sugar cane collection device for the experiment of sugarcane leaf distribution studies to get the sugarcane and cane leaf distribution area.On the basis of the experiment,it is put forward the sugarcane leaf separation mechanism of solution which by extending conveying channel and increasing the reverse rotation rollers to achieve sugarcane leaf separation effect.The sugarcane leaf is sweeping by the brush slices and falls below the conveying channel.Sugar cane continued to transport to complete the entire sugarcane leaf separation process.In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of this scheme,the sugarcane leaf separation mechanism is processed.Base on the impurity rate as test indexes,through the sugarcane leaf separation test which compares with the original prototype impurity rate verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme through the extension of logistics transportation channel and reverse rotation rollers.According to study results of sugarcane leaf distribution,which provides the design basis for the subsequent collection of sugarcane device.When installs the collection device,the box body should be located at a certain distance from sugarcane outlet to ensure sugarcane leaf falls on the ground which can reduce the box of the sugarcane leaf to reduce the subsequent artificial removal of sugarcane leaf.This article also has carried on the design of collection of sugarcane mechanism research,put forward four sugarcane collecting mechanism,according to the analysis on the advantages and disadvantages,finally obtained the reasonable and feasible sugarcane collecting mechanism.At last through kinematics analysis to get the position and posture,virtual simulation analysis to check interference and whether can achieve the desired motion effect.
