Sugarcane is one of the main crop in southward, and it is important of the automation of sugarcane production to sugarcane cultivation The harvest mechanic of sugarcane is a very important tool to the automation of sugarcane production, and the sugarcane suportant machinery is one of the emphasis and difficulties to the research of the harvest mechanic of sugarcane. So it has the important reality meaning to research the simple economy and utility sugarcane suportant machinery. This paper give three different projects about the sugarcane suportant machinery under the investigation to the sugarcane cultivation in GuangXi province. It also pick out the best project after the comparison in these projects. Then the visual model was be established by the I-DEAS software after detailed design and optimization. Three different experimentations was made about the cut sugarcane suport sugarcane and the stress test to proof the design feasibility and reasonability. The work parameter was ascerted from the experimentations and the powers of the sugarcane suportant machinery and the sugarcane cut machinery were calculated respectively. The experimentations show the design in this paper has fairly reality value in harving the lodged sugarcane, and it accomplishes the request primarily. It also offer a valued methodology for the advanced research and optimum.
