| In two Flue-cured Tobacco Varieties(Jiyan9 and Yunyan87)as test materials,tobacco seedling were induced by the same temperature and different time of low temperature by artificial climate box,observation of different varieties of Flue-cured Tobacco under the induction of flower bud differentiation process at low temperature using stereomicroscope,and agronomic traits of flower bud differentiation process,related enzymes and chemical components were analyzed and evaluated,results showed that:(1)The agronomic traits in field,induced by low temperature treatment for 10 d,Yunyan87,Jiyan9 and 12℃ induced by low temperature treatment of 4 d of tobacco Yunyan87 appeared early phenomenon,as the number of leaves decreased,and the low temperature induced 12℃ 4 d Jiyan9 and without cold treatment of Kyrgyzstan Jiyan9,cloud Yunyan87 occurred early flowering phenomenon;(2)The field number of budding tobacco and budding rate showed that there were significant differences induced by low temperature treatment and low temperature induced CK,12℃ treatment 10 d in budding period compared with CK overall in advance about 4 d,induced by low temperature 12℃ treatment 10 d Yunyan87 bud number;(3)The stem tip microscopic examination showed that the flower bud differentiation is divided into 6 periods,and the low temperature induced 12 treatment 10 d Yunyan87 after transplanting 36 d around the beginning of flower bud differentiation,flower bud differentiation is the basic end at 50 d after transplanting,induced by low temperature 12℃ treatment 4 d Jiyan9 and CK after transplanting about 53 d to complete flower bud differentiation;(4)In the low-temperature induction process with low temperature induced increase of POD activity was first increased and then decreased the duration of CK,showing a steady upward trend;CAT activity,SOD activity change trend is consistent with the activity of POD,which increased first and then decreased,CK showed a steady upward trend,but the POD in the treatment of about 4 d at the peak of CAT and SOD in the treatment of 2 d reached the peak;(5)In the flower bud differentiation process,all treated IAAO showed an upward trend after the first drop,at 45 d after transplanting reached the lowest value;POD enzyme activity increased in all treatments decreased,the CK reached the peak at 53 d after transplanting,while the other was treated at 45 d after transplanting reached the peak at SOD;the enzyme activity,all treatments increased in the trend of decline,in 53 d after transplanting reached the peak,higher CK;change trend of CAT activity and SOD activity were similar,the peak time is the same;(6)The chemical composition of Jiyan9 was better than that of Yunyan87,and the chemical composition was more coordinated with the decrease of the induction time of low temperature treatment.The chemical composition of the untreated CK was the best,followed by a continuous treatment of 4 d and continuous treatment of 10 d.In summary,Jiyan9 than Yunyan87 and more resistant to early flowering,and early flowering phenomenon was the most obvious treatment is 12 degrees Celsius temperature induced duration of 10 d Yunyan87. |
