In recent years,Camelina sativa(L.)Crantz won the attention all over the world because of its characteristics,such as strong resistance,barren resistance,short growth period,high oil content,riched unsaturated fatty acids,etc.In order to understand the characteristics of Camelina sativa(L.)Crantz at home and abroad,breed high output and high quality genetic resources of Camelina sativa(L.)Crantz.This test was used the introduced germplasm resources from all over the world and Yanshi-1 variety of Camelina sativa(L.)Crantz which bred by China and Korea as the test materials.This experiment applied the method of field test combined with laboratory quality analysis test,analyzed the characteristics of germplasm resources in Longjing city of Jilin province and the adaptability of Camelina Sativa(L.)Crantz in Longjing city of Jilin province and Dongying city of Shandong province in China.The results showed:The introduced Camelina sativa(L.)Crantz' whole growth period range was 103-113 days in Changbai Mountain area of 129.5 degrees east longitude and 42.9 degrees north latitude.The grain output was 186.4?267.6 g/m2.Among them,Camelina sativa(L.)Crantz resource of number 37 had the highest output.The crude protein content was 21.1%-26.6%of the introduced Carymelina sativa(L.)Crantz resources.The crude fatty content was 26.2%-34.6%.The oil yield was about 25.8%?30.8%.The unsaturated fatty acid contents including oleic acid,linoleic acid and linolenic acid,were 14.0%?17.3%,13.1%?18.1%and 35.2%?36.5%,respective.The total content of the three kinds of unsaturated acids was 65.7%?68.0%.Among them,the highest content of oleic acid was number 175,the highest contents of linoleic acid and linolenic acid were number 8 and number 37,respectively.Output and its components results of the 143 hybrid F3 offspring materials of Camelina sativa(L.)Crantz which introduced from Korea in 2015 showed that the real average harvest output of hybrid combination 8 was the highest.It was 288.1 g/0.5m2.Among them,the output(448.8 g/0.5m2)of number 14 was the higher than others.Selected ten materials that had good comprehensive performance from 143 hybrid F3 offspring materials which planted in 2015.The results were as follows.The whole growth period range of Camelina sativa(L.)Crantz materials was 100?108 days.The grain output was 152.5-217.6 g/m2.Among them,Camelina sativa(L.)Crantz material of number 6-3 had the highest output.The crude protein content,crude fatty content and oil yield were 20.4%?27.4%,29.1%?36.9%and 28.2%?32.5%,respectively.Among them,Camelina sativa(L.)Crantz material of number 14 had the highest content of crude protein.Camelina sativa(L.)Crantz material of number 4-1 had the highest content of crude fatty and highest oil yield.The contents of oleic acid,linoleic acid and linolenic acid of Camelina sativa(L.)Crantz oil were 12.9%-16.5%,15.9%?20.9%and 31.5%?36.3%,respective.The material of number 7-5 had the highest content of oleic acid and linolenic acid.The content of linoleic acid of number 5-2 and number 5-5 were higher than other materials.The total content of the three kinds of unsaturated acids was 66.1%?68.8%.The total content of the unsaturated acids of number 1-5 was higher than other materials.The results showed that the variety of Yanshi-1 seeds could germinate under 5-25?.When the constant temperature was 25?,the germination rate of 90.0%was only need 3 days.Its whole growth period range was 74?101 days in spring sowing time and 209?243 days in autumn sowing time.Spring sowing of Yanshi-1 in Longjing city,the highest grain output was 194.3 g/m2 and the maximum grain output of autumn sowing in Dongying city was 223.5 g/m2.The grain output of autumn sowing area was higher than the spring sowing area.Row spacing of 30 cm X 10 cm,hole density of 2-4 plants each cave and 30 kg/hm2 nitroge fertilizer and 15 kg/hm2 phosphorus fertilizer were the best cultivation pattern of Yanshi-1.Quality analysis results showed that the crude protein content,crude fatty content and oil yield were as high as 27.4%,37.8%and 36.2%,respective.The main unsaturated fatty acid contents including oleic acid,linoleic acid and linolenic acid were 21.7%,21.8%and 13.1%,respective.
