China is a large agricultural country.The prevention and control of underground pests is a prominent problem in agricultural production.The insecticidal system based on biological electromagnetic characteristics is a hot research topic at present.Bio electromagnetic properties of the insecticidal mechanism according to the biological characteristics of pests based on exerting strong pulsed electric field to the insect pests,cell membrane damage or death,in order to achieve the purpose of killing,is conducive to increasing agricultural productivity,increase crop yields,to realize the agricultural sustainable development.Through the experiment,pest environment experiment and field experiments to explore the influence of the insecticidal effect of voltage amplitude and voltage frequency,duration and waveform duty ratio can be the best combination of the multi waveform generator system is designed,the main research work is as follows.(1)a new method of monitoring insect killing feedback signal was used to evaluate the situation of insect killing,a monitoring circuit was designed,and a preliminary experiment was carried out.The insecticidal effect was improved by quantifying the data of insecticidal voltage;(2)through the study of insulated gate bipolar transistor(Insulated IGBT Gate Bipolar Transistor)the basic requirements of driving and field programmable gate array FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)according to the basic characteristics of pulsed high frequency,high voltage and high current characteristics of electric field generator system drive circuit is designed based on IGBT and discrete components.Various elements of the drive are analyzed,the design parameters are given feasible,and the actual production;through researching the characteristics of IGBT,according to the design of the buffer circuit pulse characteristics of high frequency and high voltage,large current electric field generator system,and various elements of the buffer circuit is analyzed in detail,are given the design parameters are feasible,and the actual production;(3)the experiment scheme of insect pest was designed,and the actual insecticidal effect was verified according to the scheme.The data were obtained,which provided a favorable basis for further research.
