Design And Study On Walking Rice Rope Direct Seeding Machine

For the rope direct seed machine-traction is not suitable for small plots of land operations,hand-push rope direct seed machine with human,the problem of low efficiency,this paper based on rice seed rope direct prototype machine developed by Shenyang Agricultural University,Experimental and study on the original rice rope direct machine,changes the power source of original machine,and optimize the performance of key parts,Design a more appropriate to small plots of land on the basis of the experimental conclusions can once completed achieve Rotary,ditching,play seed rope,covering,repression walking rice rope direct seed machine,and it has been experimental and verified.Main results are as follows.(1)Design a walking rice rope direct seed machine.Adopt virtual design and virtual assembly ways,the machine is mainly composed of engine device,rotary tillage and walking device,sowing rope system,ditching device,covering soil and suppression device.Select YH6001-type front mounted petrol micro-farming machine as walking rice rope direct seed machine engine by theoretical calculation,and modified the tiller,modified micro-farming tractor width can be increased from 60cm to 90cm,to meet the requirements of the direct machine sowing.Designed a direct seed machine engine power is 5.2kw,work line number is 4,width is 810mm,the line spacing is 220mm.The experimental results shows when the average of the rotary tillage depth is 10cm,the Rotary tillage depth and speed the coefficients of variation were 0.0647 and 0.0852,its performance can meet as a walking rice rope direct seed machine engine requirements.(2)Study on the force state of the seed rope by experimental,established the system dynamics model,proof that the seed rope is not pulled off during the working.Because the tensile strength of the seed rope is low,is easy to be pulled off during working,for this situation,the dynamic force of the two kinds of working speeds of the sowing seed rope is detected separately,by collating data get curve of dynamic force,And establish a different speed seed rope force mathematical model in 0-1 s.Testing results show that The force of the seed rope is a typical second order oscillation process,seed rope maximum force is about 0.5N when the machine begin working,seed rope force is about 0.26N when the machine working stable,the tensile strength limit of the seed rope is not exceeded 10N,it is proved that the seed rope will not be pulled off during sowing.(3)The experimental verifies the technical feasibility of the designed rice rope direct seed machine.The main agricultural technical requirement of seeding rope is ditching depth cannot exceed 30mm,The thickness of the soil after suppression should be 10-20mm,if the covering is too thick will influence on germination and emergence of seeds,and if the covering is too thin will expose the seeds to the surface too dry without emergence.With traction rice rope direct seed machine of ditching depth,ditching width and work speed as a factor,to cover soil thickness,as evaluation has designed a three factors three orthogonal experimental.Test results showed that,ditching depth is most significantly of direct seed machine covering thickness effect,ditching width and work speed for covering thickness also has must of effect,when the ditching depth for 30mm,and ditching width for 35mm,and work speed of second gear,direct seed machine of covering effect best.Will walking rice rope direct machine of processing and original traction rice rope direct seed machine do compared test,test results showed that walking direct seed machine and traction direct seed machine ditching depth of variation coefficient respectively for 0.052 and 0.061,covering thickness of variation coefficient respectively for 0.123 and 0.102,from test data and site of work effect view,the design of walking rice rope direct seed machine can meet agricultural technology requirements.
