This experiment was conducted to study the effect of Bacillus natto-wood vinegar synbiotics on piglet production through the preparation Bacillus natto-wood vinegar synbiotics.Firstly,the activated Bacillus natto solution was added to the LB liquid medium at a volume ratio of 2%.And the wood vinegar which the volume ratios were 0.00%,0.01%,0.05%,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,and 0.4%,was added to different LB liquid media respectively.The above solution were placed in a 37°C-180 r/min incubators and incubated by means of shaking culture and keeping in a constant temperature.The p H and OD were measured every2 hours until 24 h.Preparation of Bacillus natto-wood vinegar synbiotics was based on the OD values that measured by spectrophotometer.According to the above experimental synbiotics,study on the effect and mechanism of piglet feeding.Using a completely randomized trial design,144 weaned pigs were selected,which were all 21 days old and the hybridization of Large White×Landrace×Duroc.They were randomly divided into four groups of six replicates each with six pigs each.These four groups were fed separately by basic diet?the control group?,basic diet+0.1%wood vinegar?wood vinegar group?,basic diet+Bacillus natto?Bacillus group?,basic diet+0.1%wood vinegar+Bacillus natto?synbiotics group?.Each group was fed once a day,and the fed amount was 300 m L·d-1.The growth performance?blood biochemical indicators and fecal bacteria of the weaned piglets were measured.The test period is 21 days.From the results of the experiment,it shows that:?1?The optimum concentration ratio of wood vinegar in Bacillus natto synbiotics was0.1%,and the best culture time was 8 hours.The viable cell count of Bacillus natto-wood vinegar synbiotics was 1.8×109 CFU·m L-1.?2?The culture fluids of the wood vinegar group,Bacillus natto group,and synbiotics group all promoted the growth of weaned piglets.The synbiotics group increased significantly the average daily weight gain,and decreased the ratio of feed to gain and diarrhea rate?P<0.05?.The effect was better than the wood vinegar group and Bacillus natto group.There was not significant effect on daily feed intake in Each group?P>0.05?.?3?Bacillus natto synbiotics significantly increased Ig A,Ig M and Ig G content in serum?P<0.05?.This shows that the effort of Bacillus natto-wood vinegar synbiotics group on promoting immune performance is better than Bacillus natto group and wood vinegar group.?4?The levels of interleukin-4?IL-4?and interleukin-6?IL-6?in wood vinegar group,Bacillus natto group and the synbiotics group were significantly higher than those in the control group?P<0.05?.The content of them in synbiotics group was the highest,but there was no significant difference among three groups?P>0.05?.?5?The solution of Bacillus natto synbiotics group increased the contends of serum albumin?P<0.05?,total protein?P<0.05?,creatine kinase?P<0.05?,and the activity of lactate dehydrogenase?P<0.05?of weaned piglets.But there was no significant effect on urea nitrogen levels?P>0.05?.Synbiotics are superior to Bacillus natto and wood vinegar in the synthesis of proteins.?6?Bacillus natto-wood vinegar synbiotic,Bacillus natto and wood vinegar all had no significant effect on serum malondialdehyde?MDA??P>0.05?.In terms of total antioxidant capacity?T-AOC?,the efforts of wood vinegar group and Bacillus natto group were significantly higher than the control group?P<0.05?.Other groups'efforts were not significant.This indicates that Bacillus natto-wood vinegar synbiotics are excellent in antioxidant properties.?7?The wood vinegar group,Bacillus natto group,and synbiotics group significantly reduced the number of E.coli in pig feces?P<0.05?and increased the number of Lactobacillus and Bacillus natto?P<0.05?in feces.But Bacillus natto?P<0.05?synbiotics group has the best effect.In conclusion,adding an appropriate amount of wood vinegar to the Bacillus natto solution to synthesize the synbiotics can promote the growth of Bacillus natto;the Bacillus natto-wood vinegar synbiotics can improve the growth performance,protein synthesis,antioxidant properties of weaned piglets,and adjust the number of fecal bacteria and microbial equilibrium status.Its effects were better than Bacillus natto or wood vinegar alone.
