Since entering the 21st century,people feel Strongly that the fossil energy is gradually decreasing. In pursuit of environment Protection and Sustainable Development and Circular Economy, the world is focusing on Renewable energy and materials."Biomass economy"is appearing. With the production of bio-energy and Chemical Products, Biomass industry is to be on the upgrade, and it has been caused attention of Governments around the world and scientists. In many countries, the Governments have been made a Corresponding plan, For example, Japan's "Project Sunshine", America's "energy farms", India's "National Strategy for Action" etc. In 2005 years, the "Renewable Energy Law" is officially promulgated and implemented, all of these, it indicates that the fierce competition in the field of biomass technology including the development of biomass briquette.Although the biomass industry is one of the world development trends and emerging sunrise industries, but it is too hard to compete with petroleum-based products relate to the cost and price, for the shape of fuel, is particularly evident. Therefore, to reduce production costs for the purpose of seeking technical innovation, a breakthrough to become the field of biomass fuel forming the largest proposition. This study includes the following:1.From the point of stalk materials, analysed the chemical composition of plant stalk, and came to the plant stalks with the characteristics of compressible.2.The design of plant straw smash, including the design of The main performance indicators and working parts, finally, to verify the reasonableness of the design by means of Prototype testing.3.Comparison of the existing compression molding process and equipment, choosing ping-mode compression for the design starting point .Designing the main performance indicators and working parts. The start and run of Three-phase asynchronous motor is protected by specific circuit. Finally, it is to verify the reasonableness of the design by means of Prototype testing.4.It is come to the superiority of Biomass fuel, through analysing the Combustion characteristics between Biomass fuel and coal. Secondly, it is also given different additives on the combustion process of the impact of slagging.5. It is come to the the full utilization of agricultural resources, through analysing the Economic performance indicators of Biomass fuel. It is not only expand farmers income, but also can be used green renewable energy sources Instead of coal.
