Bactrian camels possess special biological characteristics and unique metabolic pathways which are maybe closely related to their own specific enzymes.Currently,few research are going on to reveal the characteristics of salt-sensitive hypertension and abilities of Bactrian camels to dispose the xenobiotics.Therefore,this study is conducted to study the expression and distribution of CYP2J gene in each part of the digestive system in Bactrian camel and to explore the related clues between the CYP2J genes and salt resistance sensibility hypertension characteristics of Bactrian camels.The expression and distribution of CYP2J gene in each part of the digestive system of Bactrian camels and Mongolian cattle was studied by using Real-Time PCR method and comparatively analyzed.And the experimental results would lay a good foundation for the further study of CYP2J genes on protein levels.Firstly,the primers weredesigned according to predictive sequences(XM-006176094.1)of Bactrian camel CYP2J genes and ACTB,as well as cattle CYP2J genes(NM-001077210.1)and ACTB,then the CYP2J genes were amplified by SYBR Green Real-Time PCR using ACTB as reference gene.Secondly,the relative quantitative method of 2-??CT was used to process the data,and the expression level of CYP2J gene in 7 parts of digestive system including liver,spleen,cecum,colon,jejunum,ileum,and duodenum of Bactrian camel and cattle was comparatively analyzed.The result showed thatCYP2J gene was highly expressed in the liver of Bactrian camel,and followed by,colon,duodenum,ileum,jejunum,and cecum.However,the relative expression of CYP2J gene is highest in pancreas of Mongolian cattle,followed by liver,duodenum,ileum,jejunum,colon,and cecum.Furthermore,the relative expression CYP2J gene in Bactrian camels' liver,pancreas,colon,and duodenum is significantly higher than that of the corresponding parts of digestive system in Mongolian cattle.Therefore,the expression and distribution of CYP2J gene in each part of digestive system of Bactrian camel is significantly difference that of in Mongolian cattle which are closest in degree of evolution.
