The Growth Effect Of Mechanical Planting Sugarcane With Different Fertilier Varieties And Application Amounts

Under the condition of mechanical planting,sugarcane variety Guitang42 as the tested material.The experiment designed two factors:fertilizer varieties and application amounts.Three different fertilizer varieties were special slow-release fertilizer for sugarcane(A1),urea,calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer,potassium chloride(A2)and compound fertilizer(A3).Fertilizer application amounts also arranged three levels:low-fertilizer amount(B1:applying 225kg N?90kg P2O5?180kg K2O per ha),mid-fertilizer amount(B2:applying 300kg N?120kg P2O5?240kg K2O per ha),high-fertilizer amount(B3:applying 375kg N?150kg P2O5?300kg K2O per ha).By studying the effects of agronomical character,physiological and biochemical,nutritional index,yields,quality and economic performance with different treatments,exploring the appropriate fertilizer variety and application amount for mechanical planting sugarcane,providing theoretical reference on sugarcane agronomic techniques match with fully mechanized cultivation.The main results were as follows:1.Growth effects of mechanization planting sugarcane in different fertilizer varieties:A1 treatment reached the maximum in elongation speed,stem rate,activity of polyphenol oxidase,contents of soluble sugar,total nitrogen and potassium,stem diameter,weight per stem.Yield of three treatments were A1 65619.2kg/ha,A2 59562.2kg/ha,A3 59119.9kg/ha,A1 increased 10.17%and 9.90%in production than A2 and A3.There were no significant differences among three treatments.Sucrose content of three treatments were A1 14.24%,A214.33%,A3 14.39%,A3 got 0.15%and 0.06%more than Ai and A2.There were no significant differences among three treatments.Sugar content of three treatments were A1 9337.3kg/ha,A2 8517.2kg/ha,A3 8494.8kg/ha,A1 increased 8.78%and 9.92%than A2 and A3.There were no significant differences among three treatments.Comparing the economic benefits based on fertilizer cost,A1 reached 23538yuan/ha that 105yuan/ha and 3598 yuan/ha more than A2 and A3.2.Growth effects of mechanization planting sugarcane in different fertilizer application amounts:B2 got highest content in chlorophyll,soluble sugar,activity of acid invertase,neutral invertase,polyphenol oxidase and had best performances in height,stem diameter,effective stem.Yield of three treatments were Bi 57616.2kg/ha,B2 63707.6kg/ha,B362979.Okg/ha,B2 increased 10.57%and 1.16%in production than B1 and B3.There were no significant differences among three treatments.Sucrose content of three treatments were B114.25%,B2 14.65%,B314.02%,B2got 0.40%and 0.63%more than B1 and B3.There were no significant differences among three treatments.Sugar content of three treatments were B18191.9kg/ha,B2 9323.8kg/ha,B3 8833.6kg/ha,B2 increased 13.85%and 5.55%than B1 and B3.There were no significant differences among three treatments.Comparing the economic benefits based on fertilizer cost,B2 reached 23373yuan/ha that 1499yuan/ha and 1724 yuan/ha more than Bi and B3.3.Growth effects of mechanization planting sugarcane in different fertilizer varietiy and application amount treatment combinations:A1B2 had outstanding performance in germination rate,stem rate,chlorophyll,total nitrogen,potassium content,activity of acid invertase,polyphenol oxidase,stem diameter,weight per stem,effective stem.A1B3 did better in elongation speed,stem rate,activity of nitrate reductase,total potassium content,height,stem diameter,weight per stem.A2B2 worked well in elongation speed,activity of acid invertase,neutral invertase,polyphenol oxidase,effective stem.Top three of yield in nine treatment combinations were A1B3 67493.3kg/ha,A1B2 67383.8kg/ha,A2B2 263265.4 kg/ha,A3B1 was least,just got 54868.1kg/ha.There were no significant differences among these treatments.Top three of sucrose content in nine treatment combinations were A2B2 14.99%,A1B2 14.54%,A3B1 14.48%,A2B3 was least,just got 13.71%.There were no significant differences among these treatments.Top three of sugar content in nine treatment combinations were A1B2 9790.lkg/ha,A1B3 9556.2kg/ha,A2B2 9485.8 kg/ha,A2B1 was least,just got 7953.5kg/ha.Difference between A1B2 and A2B1 was significant.Subtracting fertilizer costs,A2B2 got the most profit 25097yuan/ha,A1B2 got the second profit 24333yuan/ha.In summary,under the condition of this experiment,A1 treatment acquired the best growth effects of mechanization planting sugarcane,A2 followed by A1,A3 did worst in all treatments.B2 acquired the best growth effects of mechanization planting sugarcane,B1 followed by B2,B3 did worst in all treatments.A1B2,A1B3 and A2B2 acquired better growth effects of mechanization planting sugarcane,A3B1 did worse in all treatments.
