Corn straw resources are rich,but most of them are abandoned or burned due to the difficulties of collection,storage and transportation,which leads to the waste of straw resources.The straw machine with picking,pressing and packing is a new type of compound operation machine that can once cut,pick up,crush,press and pack the green or yellow corn straw silages in succession.Compared with other picking and pressing machines,it can directly finish straw silage harvest.The writer design and simulate the key components of pick-up mechanism,the second crushing and throwing device and pressing device on the whole machine for the crushing of the crushed straw,based on the researches on the straw machine with picking,pressing,and packing at home and abroad.The writer makes a research on the overall structure and the key components of the whole machine through the analysis of the simulation and the test of prototype,which provides a basis for the following optimization design of the structure.The main contents are as following:1.The thesis introduces the research significance,the research status at home and abroad and the development trend of the straw machine with picking and pressing.The overall structure is designed and the process principle as well as main technical performance indexes is determined on the basis of the YK-70 type straw picking and packing machine.2.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and computer-aided design,the thesis designs and analyzes the key components,such as: pick-up table,crushing device,compressive mechanism,material conveying device.The static analysis,fatigue analysis and modal analysis for the key components are carried out by the Solidworks software,which provides a basis for the following optimization design.3.The whole machine working principle of straw compression process is analyzed.The working principle diagram and control method of hydraulic system during compression process are designed.The Software and hardware system are designed based on PLC system.4.The filed test of the key components of the whole machine is carried out.The test results show that the pick-up loss rate is 1.92%,the straw block density is133.4kg/m3,the operation efficiency is up to 2.48t/h,and the components meet the design requirements,which verify the correctness and reliability of the theoretical design.
