At present,the level of integration and intelligence on seawater industrialization breed aquatics is not high in some small and medium-sized coastal city in China,breeding environment parameters need to be measured manually,manual control is still required for equipment adjustment,environmental parameters can't be controlled in time.These problems lead to aquatic products prone to disease,resulting in economic losses.At the same time,the rough management style also causes an increase in the cost of breeding.To solve these problems,according to the investigation in Qinhuangdao Haixin Aquaculture Company,this paper constructs an aquaculture intelligent monitoring management system based on ZigBee and GPRS technology,to improve the farming modernization and intelligent level of aquatic products.First of all,on the basis of investigation of factory farming workshop structure and facilities as well as aquaculture environmental monitoring target,the system requirements and functional requirements of aquaculture production monitoring and remote service are analyzed,and the overall design scheme is promoted.Secondly,the ZigBee technology is used to construct the wireless sensor network.In this paper,the selection of sensor and controller,the hardware design and software design of ZigBee terminal control node are completed,the collection of environmental information such as pH value,dissolved oxygen,temperature of seawater and Light intensity of breeding shed are achieved,and automatically by the relay control increases oxygen pump,heating boiler,rolling machine and other environmental control electrical equipment.Then,GPRS gateway coordinator node is designed to realize the data collection of ZigBee network,the communication between ZigBee network and GPRS network,the remote data communication of GPRS network.It is the link between ZigBee terminal node and remote intelligent service management platform,and is responsible for uploading the collected parameters to the remote server platform,and receives the control command from the remote server platform,and transmits the control command to ZigBee terminal control node to operate the opening and closing of the environment device.Finally,the remote intelligent service platform is designed.It can receive several aquaculture environmental parameters from the GPRS gateway node,and store them in the database.It also provide mobile phone access interface to be convenient real-time query for mobile phone client,and make a decision according to the user to set the threshold parameter,The control command is sent to the terminal control node of the farm,and drives equipment to adjust the aquaculture environment,realizes the remote controlling function.The system uses ZigBee and GPRS technology,has the characteristics of low power consumption,hardware scalability,realize the remote and intelligent,can basically meet the needs of intelligent monitoring and control of industrial aquaculture.
