| With the rapid revolution of the factory feeding and large-scale intensive production mode of the pig-feeding industry,traditional method can’t meet the production needs anymore,so more and more farms use liquid feeding automation system to feed their pigs.This system has many advantages,such as better nutrient absorption and growth environment,high degree of automation but low labor cost.However,the feeding system requires professional operate and maintain,and we cannot employee a technician for every farm.Therefore,how to realize the remote monitoring of the system by technicians has become a sticky business.At the present stage,the system has been relatively mature overseas.The feeding equipment has been standardized already,and the supporting remote monitoring system has also been improved.While,the domestic liquid feeding system is still in the research stage of the on-site feeding equipment,and there is no complete range of solution to realize.In view of the above-mentioned facts,this paper introduced a system based on the Internet of Things and combined by liquid feeding technology,embedded technology,network communication technology,Web development technology and H5+App development technology to realize the remote monitoring of the liquid feeding.The specific work is as follows:(1)We chose the USN as the frame and designed the overall composition of the system.Then analyzed the functional requirements of the various components of the system and the performance requirements of the entire system.(2)Design of the data acquisition terminal: The selection of the microprocessor,the selection of the GPRS module,and the circuit design and software development of each module.(3)Design and building of data server.The network communication module based on the Fast Socket framework.The client interaction module based on the Super Socket framework,The format of terminal and data server communication based on Web Socket communication protocol and the data analysis processing module is achieved.(4)Design of the farm management platform.The management platformadopts a three-tier architecture model,which is divided into a data access layer,business logic layer and a presentation layer.The SQL Server database includes the core business relationship,the establishment of the database domain model,and the design of all tables.(5)System deployment and testing: The fabrication of the terminal PCB board and the welding of each component,the on-site installation of the acquisition terminal,the application of the data server and Web server,the data acquisition and the remote control function test. |
