China is a country where forest fire frequently happens and the forest fires have brought enormous economic losses to our country every year. Traditional forest fire extinguishing equipment is inefficient, so it cannot effectively address the root causes of forest fires. Research on new fire extinguishing equipment is of important value and significance for reducing the losses of human life and property brought by forest fire.Application of forest-fire bomb in forest fire is a kind of new method which could improve the efficiency of fire-fighting, and reduce the losses caused by forest fire. Aiming at the problem of low efficiency of traditional extinguishing fire equipment. This paper developed a kind of aerial bomb delivery system based on PAC, in which the fire-fighting bomb would be carried by helicopter and exactly airdropped on the top of forest fire.The study in this paper is mainly in the following aspects.First,the design requirements of the forest fire-fighting aerial bomb delivery system was analyzed and the overall structure scheme of the system was determined,besides,the whole structure design of the system was completed and the loading of the system was calculated, in addition,the structure of the aerial bomb delivery system was analyzed by finite element method and theoretically verified the stability of the system.Secondly, focusing on the bomb delivery inefficiency of the traditional fire-fighting bomb,this paper designed an aerial bomb delivery control system. Combined with PAC control system,the hardware design of the aerial bomb delivery control system was completed. According to the design requirements of the human-computer interaction interface, this paper wrote a reasonable human-computer interaction interface for the aerial bomb delivery system by using the Indusoft programming software; then the information of the top of the forest fire around the helicopter was collected by transmitter and displayed on the human-computer interaction interface. And the validity and reliability of the system was also verified by testing.Next, focusing on the fire extinguishing inefficiency under traditional bomb delivery method, this paper developed a fire-fighting bomb explosion control system, so that when the bomb was airdropped on the fire, the fire extinguishing agent can effectively disperse in the fire,improving the fire-fighting efficiency of the bomb.Finally,this paper made a simulation test for the aerial bomb delivery system by using the test stand to simulate the helicopter. After the strength test was made and confirm the stability of the system, download the Indusoft program to PAC and debug the system, no-load delivery trial and the real bomb delivery simulation trial as well as aerial bomb blasting simulation trial was made. Through a series of experiment, this paper have proved that the design of forest fire delivery system has practical value for solving forest fires in a further step.
