With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the forest fire prevention has been got more attention. In order to reduce the degree of harm to human life and property safety, most countries in the world reinforce the research of forest fire fighting equipment,which has received a certain effect. This issue, which goal is to study a set of intelligent fire forest aerial bombs and its logistics system of delivery system, accelerate new bombs extinguishing technology apply to forest fire area as soon as possible, is supported by the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities "Intelligent forest fire aerial bombs” (PN:HEUCFZ 1025)and Harbin science and technological innovation (Excellent academic leaders) project (2013FXXJ002).This paper introduced the general situation of logistics system and analyzed the security mode and management category of logistics system. According to the application processes of aerial bomb system, this paper made a detailed analysis in purchasing, packaging, transport,storage, loading and unloading. At the same time, this paper planned to design the overall support processes and focused on solving the main problems link such as loading, unloading and transportation support processes.The paper discussed the handling equipment of the logistics system and analyzed its technical performance. On the basis of the actual requirements during aerial bomb loading and unloading process, this paper modified the forklift design which included the boom structure design, the crane jib fastening bolt design and the pallet fork structure design, and used ABAQUS software to simulate and analyze jib and fork in order to verify whether the structure design was reasonable.Simulation analysis was made on the logistics system, and this paper established two mathematical models to determine the number of logistics personnel and security equipment.The paper ensures the total number of person and security equipment by the practical parameters such as the scale of forest protection and aerial bomb system of fire control ability.This paper researched simulation principle and application environment of logistics system,and sorted up security information process, in order to manage the real time data statistics, the paper used C # to develop logistics management system software.Finally, this paper carried out an experimental investigation on the key components of aerial bomb system,including the test of bomb effect,projector device strength test and the dropping test of the projector's control system. The related test outline and detailed process are listed in this paper. These tests proved the applicability of the delivery system through the analysis of the tests' data.
