In this study,2 experimental methods—the pot and field experiment were combined to explore how to produce se-rich rices by application of magnesium phosphate and amino acid foliar fertilizer in acidic se-rich soils.Total-Se content of soil is about 0.4-0.9 mg kg-1 in the area of Dongjia town which located in Fengcheng city,Jiangxi province and the average content is about 0.538 mg kg-1.According to the classification standard of soil selenium level,the soil belongs to the selenium rich soil.But at the same time,the average content of soil available-Se is about 25.10 ?g kg-1,accounted for about 5%of total-se content.It shows a great protential of the increasing of available Se.Therefore,we must increase the content of available-se and promote absorption in order to produce Se-rich rice in Se-rich soil.In Se-rich soil,we set the different endogenous regulatory treatments and exogenous treatments to compare the selenium content in rice grain and the available-se content in soil through the field experiment.The results show that application of selenium fertilizer has reached a very significant level(P<0.01)on the improvement of the chemical effective selenium content in soil and endogenous regulatory treatments(except amino acid foliar fertilizer)have reached a significant level(P<0.05)on the improvement of the chemical effective selenium content in soil.This shows that application of magnesium phosphate had improved the content of available-se in soil effectively.Meanwhile the treatment of application of magnesium phosphate with amino acid foliar fertilizer had increased the selenium content in grain markedly.It had reached the standard of Se-rich rice.The result revealed the feasibility of application of magnesium phosphate with amino acid foliar fertilizer to produce Se-rich rice in Se-rich soil.Through the pot experiments,a series of treatments were carried out to investigate the effects of 5 different adjustment measures on the shape variation of selenium in soil and the selenium content in rice grain.These 5 adjustment measures include low dosage of calcium magnesium phosphate,high dosage of calcium magnesium phosphate,low dosage of calcium magnesium phosphate with amino acid foliar fertilizer,high dosage of calcium magnesium phosphate with amino acid foliar fertilizer and amino acid foliar fertilizer.Results showed that treatments in different dosage of phosphoric fertilizer all improved the content of soluble state selenium and reduced the content of organic matter combination state selenium.This suggested that soluble state selenium presented a negative correlation with organic matter combination state selenium.Wha's more,the treatments in different dosage of phosphoric fertilizer had reached a very significant level(P<0.01)on the improvement of the available-Se content in soil which presented a positive correlation with soluble state selenium.As we know,phosphorus can promote the rice production.In this study,we found that the treatment of low dosage of calcium magnesium phosphate with amino acid foliar fertilizer had the highest yield.Taken together,the treatment of low dosage of calcium magnesium phosphate with amino acid foliar fertilizer will be the best way to produce Se-rich rice.Under the condition of field,we studied the effect of low dosage of calcium magnesium phosphate with amino acid foliar fertilizer.Results showed that this treatment had reached a very significant level(P<0.01)on the improvement of the content of selenium in rice grain.It had reached the standard of Se-rich rice.Meanwhile,the treatment had also reached a very significant level(P<0.01)on the improvement of production.All in all,the treatment of low dosage of calcium magnesium phosphate with amino acid foliar fertilizer will be an effective way to develop Se-rich rice.
