In the just concluded thirty five year plan,the national development and Reform Commission defined the rural biogas transformation and upgrading of the development of the overall train of thought and direction of the target,construction principle,regional layout,key tasks,safeguards etc.,vigorously develop the biogas project.However,due to the remote location of the majority of biogas projects,traffic block,the objective reasons for the uneven distribution of technical personnel.It makes the operation,maintenance and management of biogas project more difficult to control and finally leads to the low utilization rate of biogas project and the difference of gas production rate.Therefore,it is essential to establish a set of remote monitoring control system of biogas engineering to monitor the working status of field operations,for timely feedback and reasonable control.In current study,Nanjing Longba biogas project was selected for experiment..According to the operational status of the equipment,the biogas project and the surrounding environment,establishing a complete set of remote monitoring and control system which is suitable for biogas engineering,using the modern computer network and communication.First,to understand the technology of Longba biogas,controlled process parameters(temperature,pressure,pH,flow rate)were determined,and from the aspects of functional and non functional of biogas project of needs analysis,and finally to determine the design of the overall structure of the system the related technologies were introduced.Then,I designed the hardware platform and communication methods of the remote monitoring system.The hardware system is mainly responsible for the collection,remote transmission and implementation of the field data of biogas engineering.This article introduces it from the client layer,service layer,control layer and equipment layer four levels.Finally,based on the monitoring data of the hardware platform and the human-computer interaction interface of the methane,web based remote monitoring system was designed.System using B/S structure,with the combination of Apache+PHP+Mysql as a development platform,through the establishment of socket and the connection between the field data communication,and according to the custom protocol analysis data,stored in the database.Moreover,this web page have some outstanding benefits such as monitor the interface landing,to achieve the different sites of the data query,,remote control,fault monitoring chart print,etc.In addition,in the past,during the process of mixing the fermentation parameters of the biogas project only rely on expert experience or general law and lack of actual theoretical basis,resulted in the unreasonable parameter setting and low gas production efficiency.In order to improve gas production efficiency of anaerobic fermentation and set fermentation parameters reasonably,we will use the designed system to do real-time data recording,and establish a prediction model of biogas production to improve BP neural network by the recorded data.This model can not only provide a theoretical basis for the reasonable setting of the parameters for the biogas project,but also lay a theoretical foundation for the next step to realize the intelligent decision module of Biogas Engineering.At present,the system has been installed in Longba biogas project.That the result show that the system run reliably and maintains conveniently.This system meets the requirements of monitoring of biogas fermentation condition,setting up reasonable fermentation parameters to ensure that the biogas fermentation in an optimal state,improve the methane gas production.The government can also use this system to manage efficiently.Therefore,in the rapid development of biogas project,the application of remote monitoring system of methane has important scientific significance and practical significance.
