The construction of the biogas project in accordance with the ecological model of energy, Making full use of resources, environmental protection, and then becoming the benign treatment system of "livestock and poultry-Waste Resource-ecological agriculture ". Using the breeding factory farming feces as well as rinse wastewater as raw materials for the anaerobic reactor to produce the biogas, and making the Biogas power generation and for households come true. Biogas residue and slurry are separated by sedimention, biogas residue can be used as eco-park vegetable greenhouses fertilizer and biogas slurry can also be used as spray fertilizer for vegetable greenhouses, the using fertilizer for the surrounding orchards and so on, which make the recycling of resources to realized. Biogas projects that can minimize direct emissions of harmful pollutants, breeding dung utilization of resources, can achieve the governance objectives of the enterprise environment of the surrounding area. In this thesis, the concept of circular economy as the core, biogas engineering design and application process research and engineering design, the study has a high theoretical and practical significance for China’s animal husbandry industry circular economy.1The paper first introduces the basic principles of the biogas project design and process selection situation and then summary the basic situation of biogas construction projects at home and abroad.2Based on the characteristics of the animal husbandry industry in Shandong Province, this topic provide a reasonable approach that through plant breeding faeces and washing waste as raw materials to produce biogas, biogas, biogas residue, and to achieve arationalization of the use of biogas, biogas, biogas residue for the livestock breeding plant in Shandong Province.3This thesis have researched the effect of the temperature, feces,the ratio of the rinse wastewater, anaerobic time, feed rate, pH, and other conditions on the entire process, the results show that the temperature was controlled at30-35℃, feed concentration of8%,pH control in about7, the anaerobic12hours treatment can rech the optimal treatment effect and then the CODCr removal rate reached70%, the rate of gas production of0.5-8m3/m3·d.4According to the findings of above three, have achieved the engineering design and application of the waste disposal plant breeding and normal operation.
