In the 1960 s,the United States has successfully built a relatively complete soil testing fertilizer technology system,Now thesoil fertilizer technology coverage above 80%.Then,Britain,Canada,Germany,Japan also rapid development of the soil testing fertilizer technology to establish the standardization of measuring soil fertilizer technology system and the related agricultural service system,the coverage of more than 60%in all.In 2005,China promoted the soil testing fertilizer technology and now it's ten years.Howthe farmers to adopt the measured soil fertilizer technology?To this,this article take 362 rice farmersin taizhou,jiangsu provincefor example,to answer the following questions:(1)the sample farmers measured soil fertilizer technology adoption situation;(2)the farmers measured soil fertilizer technology adoption behavior and its influencing factors;(3)whether the technology can improve efficiency.Based on existing technology adoption effect of related literature,there is no quantitative evaluation from the perspective of production efficiency measuring the effect of soil fertilizer technology,therefore,this article from the perspective of production efficiency to studythe measured soil fertilizer farmers technology adoption behavior and its effects on productivity.In order to solve the above problems,the concrete research content of this article mainly has the following several aspects:(1)the sample divide into technology adoptorgroup and non-adoptor group,analysis the main factors that affecting the soil testing formula fertilization technology adoption behavior,and for the empirical study later;(2)based onthe peasant household technology choice theory,using the Logit model to study theinternal influence mechanism and direction of individual characteristics,Managenment characteristics,technical characteristics,environmental awareness and social norms;(3)constructed the treatment effect model,using stochastic frontier production function(SFA)calculates the productivity of the sample households,then the influence factors of farmers' behavior as control variables,the production efficiency as explanatory variables,using the method of score matching(PSM),selective bias control samples,quantitative analysis of the measured soil fertilizer technology effect on peasant household production efficiency.To research the main content of the above,formed the main conclusions of this paper are:(1)from the perspective of the situation of technology adoption,farmers generally adoption rates of soil testing formula fertilization technology is low,only 20.4%,the farmers in research area is a little older,the level of education in junior high school level generally,most farmers belong to the type of risk aversion,rice planting on a smaller scale,the cultivated land fertility deviation,A small number of farmers receive guidance card,farmers cognition of soil testing formula fertilization technology is not high,their agricultural income proportion is not high,the low frequency information exchanges with other farmers,farmers when choosing whether or not to accept measured soil fertilizer technology focuses on practical effect,farmers paymore attention to short-term effect,"environment external diseconomy" phenomenon is relatively serious.(2)from the measured soil fertilizer technology adoption behavior,farmers more risk preference,the planting scale,the greater the formula fertilizer technology cognitive degree is higher,the perception of formula fertilizer cost is lower,the more cognitive formula fertilization technology to agricultural production,the easier it is to master the perception technology,and the soil testing formula fertilization suggesting cards,communicate with other farmers more frequently,the more likely to measure soil fertilizer technology.It Shows many facters restricted the current measured of soil fertilizer technology adoption,farmers'carefully weigh of old and new technology as well as farmers' Weak digestion to new technology existed in the course of the technology transition and weakened the farmers demand for measuring soil fertilizer technology will,resulting in farmers rarely take the initiative to seek,so the soil testing and fertilizer technology adoption rates is not high.(3)from the farmers of the effect of technology adoption on the production efficiency,soil testingfertilizer technology can improve the production efficiency,score matching method considering the sample after selection and endogenous problems,the farmer fertilization soil testing formula adopted technical efficiency mean value is 0.872,average fertilizer efficiency is 0.470;non-adoptors average technical efficiency is 0.826;Fertilizer efficiency is 0.361,that is,using the soil testing formula technology fertilizer farmer's production technology is higher 0.044 than non-adoptors,fertilizer efficiency is higher 0.079.This puts forward relevant policy Suggestions:(1)perfect the insurance,and subsidy policy,decrease the cost of risk perception and the farmers;(2)accelerate the land circulation,to create conditions for agricultural technology transition.(3)strengthen the farmers measured soil fertilizer technology adoption of useful,actively implement technology into use;(4)strengthen agriculture ecological environment protection education and propaganda,enhance the environmental awareness of farmers,(5)to expand channels of farmers'agricultural technology information acquisition,improve the cognitive level farmers technology.
