Released on May 28,2016,the soil pollution control plan of action,points out that the excessive fertilizer application is one of the important reasons of ecological environment pollution,resources and environment pollution not only can reduce agricultural producers production enthusiasm,also inhibits the green agriculture sustainable development.Soil testing and fertilizer technology promotion for many years to shift their concept of farmers traditional fertilization increased fertilizer use efficiency,increased crop yields,reduced the generated in agricultural production,reduce chemical fertilizer inputs and environmental pollution,has obtained the good economic benefit,social benefit and ecological benefit,but also some deficiencies,especially soil testing formula fertilization technology popularization rate is not high,the lower level of farmers to adopt the technology adopted by the phenomenon of disconnection between demand and supply.Farmers individual soil testing and fertilizer technology popularization formula is an important starting point,the implementation of the measured soil fertilizer technology application must be based on the individual farmers,only when the individual farmers feel "profitable" in micro level,soil testing formula fertilization techniques to get promotion.Only clear influence farmers,therefore,the main factors of soil testing formula fertilization technology adoption behavior,can better stimulate the enthusiasm of farmers understand soil testing the technology of applying fertilizer,improve soil testing and fertilizer technology adoption rates of science to help the government to establish can meet the demand of farmers measured soil fertilizer technology service system and service system,to realize the agricultural supply side structural reforms and environmentally friendly production to provide the reality basis.This study selected eight cities and counties in 402 farmers in Liaoning province as the research object,analysis of soil testing and fertilizer technology adopted farmers clear influence farmers measured soil fertilizer technology adoption behavior,the main factors to reveal farmers driving force of the measured soil fertilizer technology adoption behavior and obstacles,to increase the farmers soil testing and formula fertilization technology adoption rates provide theory reference for the development of soil testing formula fertilization technology provides the theory basis for promoting policies and subsidy policy,social service system for perfecting the measured soil fertilizer technology lay a theoretical basis.The results show that:(1)adopting soil testing technology of applying fertilizer farmers for 233 people,accounted for 57.96%,shows that farmers measured soil fertilizer technology adoption rates.Technical training,recipe CARDS issued,the exchange between farmers and agricultural technology personnel field service is the major channel of soil testing the technology of applying fertilizer for farmers.Technology to increase production effect,technical difficulty and planting area is farmers use adopted priority factors measured soil fertilizer technology.(2)binary logistic regression model,according to the results of the analysis of the basic characteristics,family characteristics,operating characteristics,cognitive characteristics and external environment characteristics of 5 kinds of influence factors on farmers influence soil testing formula fertilization technology adoption behavior.Basic characteristics,level of education and access to information is significantly affected farmers measured soil fertilizer technology adoption behavior.Family characteristics,the proportion of total household income is significantly affect farmers planting accounted for measuring soil fertilizer technology adoption behavior.Operating characteristics,planting scale was significantly affected farmers measured soil fertilizer technology adoption behavior.Cognitive characteristics,soil testing technology of applying fertilizer of cognition,perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness is significantly affected farmers measured soil fertilizer technology adoption behavior.External environment characteristics,the government subsidies,technical training and land circulation is significantly affected farmers measured soil fertilizer technology adoption behavior.(3)according to the analysis of the binary logistic regression model,using interpretation structure model(ISM)to explore the influence farmers measured soil fertilizer and internal connection of the main factors of technology adoption behavior of hierarchy.Among them,the lowest level of education and cultivation in the model,is the deep cause factors,shows that farmers level of education and cultivation of farmers to adopt measure soil fertilizer technology plays a very important role;Technical training,information acquisition ability and lower proportion of household income in the model,planting accounted for is middle indirect factors;The perceived ease of use fertilization soil testing formula of soil testing and fertilizer technology upper-middle-class perceived usefulness in the model,is shallow indirect factors;Land circulation,soil testing formula fertilization technology in cognitive and government subsidies in the model at the top,is a direct factor,surface shows that land circulation,soil testing formula fertilization technology in cognitive and government subsidies directly influence the farmers to adopt soil testing and fertilizer technology these factors both independent and linked to each other,together constitute the farmers to adopt the structure of the soil fertilizer technology factors affecting measurementand control system.In order to promote farmers to adopt soil testing and fertilizer technology,this study put forward several policy Suggestions: accelerate the rural land circulation,to create conditions for agricultural technology transition.Strengthen farmers measured soil fertilizer technology adoption of useful sexy,actively implement technology into use;Expanding channels of farmers' access to information,improve the cognitive level farmers agricultural technology;Farmers technology adopted to reduce costs,enhance soil testing formula fertilization technical training.
