Feed additives are added in the feed processing production of small amount or a small amount of material,but the effect is significant.It has obvious effect in ensuring animal health,improving animal production performance,improving the quality of livestock products,improving the nutritional value of basic feed and saving the cost of feed.This paper aims to study three kinds of biological agents,namely,micro-ecological agents,Chinese herbal medicine extracts and vitamins,by examining weaning lambs daily gain,feed ratio and nutrient apparent digestibility,biochemical biochemical enzymes and immune indicators etc.The mechanism of the three kinds of biological agents in improving the performance and blood biochemical indexes of the lambs of weaning lakes was discussed,which provided the theoretical and application basis for the further development and large-scale popularization and application of different kinds of feed additives in weaning lambs.Experiment ? Effects of adding microecological preparations,Humulus scoparia extract and niacin on the performance of lambs in weaning lakesThis study selected 70 head of Weaning Lamb(Hu Yang)which were in lactation(50~ 60 d)of the same parity,According to the drug dosage,the 70 head of Lamb were divided into 7 groups randomly: Control group(CTL)feed the basal diet.Test group(EUL1~6 groups),Which Bacillus subtilis was added per ton of feed 0.14%(100 Billion CFU/g)?Yeast culture 0.07%(100 Billion CFU/g)? Bacillus subtilis 0.14%(100 Billion CFU/g)and Yeast culture 0.07%(100 Billion CFU/g)?Humulus extract 0.4%?Bacillus subtilis 0.14%(100 Billion CFU/g)and Yeast culture 0.07%(100 Billion CFU/g)and Humulus extract 0.4%?Niacin 0.08%.The entire trial period is 60 days.Pre-feeding for 15 days,officially fed for 45 days.Respectively,note the feed intake,body weight gain,body size,etc.,in the middle and late test to collect blood samples,the test results are as follows:Compared with the control group,the average daily gain and the weight ratio of the microecological and nicotinic acid groups increased to some extent,and the average daily gain and the weight ratio of the EUL2 group increased with the control group,(P> 0.05).The average daily gain and feed weight ratio of EUL2 were increased by 5.91%(p> 0.05)and 6.67%(p> 0.05),respectively.The average daily gain of EUL6 group was significantly higher than that of EUL6 group(P> 0.05)and20.00%(p> 0.05),respectively.The results showed that the combination of niacin group and two kinds of microecological preparations was higher than that of the control group.The fattening effect of the lamb was better than that of the humulus extract group,and the average daily gain and material weight ratio And the economic benefit analysis,the niacin test group has the best effect,which can improve the economic benefit of the weaning lamb in summer.The application of micro-ecological agents is not stable,still need further study.Experiment ? : Effects of adding microecological preparations,Humulus scoparia and niacin on blood biochemical indexes and indexes of blood stress enzymes in weaned lambsMaterials and methods with the test ?,the results show that:Compared with the control group,the blood glucose level of each test group increased gradually,and the levels of total protein and albumin were not changed in each dose group(P> 0.05).The levels of urea nitrogen in serum decreased,and the triglycerides and cholesterol were increasing.It suggested that the three additives could be beneficial to reduce the stress of lamb weaning,and could increase the absorption of nutrients and improve the energy metabolism of the lamb.With the increase of age,the level of alkaline phosphatase increased,and the alkaline phosphatase at 110 days old EUL6 group was significantly different from that of other groups(P <0.01).From this index analysis,early weaning caused the growth of lamb Excited(P <0.01),but there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P <0.01),but the other groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.01),while the CK group had no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),which may be related to the effect of nicotinic acid on heat stress.The results showed that nicotinic acid had significant effect in regulating heat stress in summer lambs.Experiment III: Effect of Feed Microecological Preparation,Humulus officinalis Extract and Nicotinic Acid on Humoral Immune Index in Serum of Lamb LakeMaterials and methods with the test ?,the results show that:In the weaning lamb diet,the addition of Humulus extract,niacin and two kinds of microecological preparations had increased the level of Ig A in the serum of weaning lambs,but the difference was not significant(p> 0.05).Body immunity close to the control level.From the overall research results of this subject,the three additives have improved performance of weaning lambs,slowing the stress of lamb weaning...
