Thelephoraceae is a family which has been most studied in the order Thelephorales, because the fungi in this family has a wide distribution, and most species in this family could form ectomycorrhizae with many tree species. Many studies have showed that fungi of Thelephoraceae played an important role in the soil of the forest ecological.High-throughput sequencing was carried out on soil samples which have been collected under 8 kinds of tree species from Greater Khingan Range of Hulunbeier,Saihanwula National Reserve and Heilihe National Reserve of Chifeng,Mount Daqing National Reserve of Hohhot,as well as Mount Helan National Reserve of Alashan in Inner Mongolia. The physical and chemical properties of soils have been determined at the same time.Classification and distribution of Thelephoraceae fungi in Inner Mongolia,as well as the correlation with the physical and chemical properties of soils has been analyzed.120 OTUs Thelephoraceae has been obtained,Thelephoraceae fungi ranked top 20 at the family level under the soils of all 8 kind tree species. These 120 OTUs belonged to 6 genera including Tomentella,Tomentellopsis,Pesudotomentella,Odontia,Thelephora, and Amaurodon,Tomentella has the most OTUs and frequency.Classification and distribution of Thelephoraceae fungi of different tree species has been further analyzed, the results showed that the same tree species has big difference in classification and frequency between different sample regions, the different tree species showed differences in classification and frequency in one sample region.Pinus tabulaeformis has most OTUs and frequency of Thelephoraceae fungi among all these 8 tree species.Frequency of Thelephoraceae fungi is related to pH value, ions of Mg and Ca.More diversity of Thelephoraceae fungi in Inner Mongolia has been revealed by high-throughput sequencing.
