Straw rubbing machine can process filamentous feed into ruminant livestock digestion and absorption.The straw rubbing machine has replaced grinder and chaff cutter and other feed processing machinery with widely used.In this paper,the crush as the research object,from the optimal design,numerical simulation,experimental study of three aspects.The energy consumption of the machine was studied.In this paper,the 9R-40 type crusher of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University Machinery Plant was used as the prototype,and the corn straw was used as the crushing material.The mechanism of the rubbing machine was analyzed,including the radical impact force,friction force and the energy conversion between the crusher and the material.The mechanism of the hammer structure on the rubbing efficiency was discussed.At the same time,from the point of view aerodynamics,the relationships between the inter structure of the crusher and the airflow filed distribution in the crushing chamber is studied.The effect of the gas flow pressure on the material transportation is analyzed.On the basis of this,the structure information of the flow field under the excitation of three different structure is analyzed.The numerical results show that the air flow rate of the crushing chamber and the axial velocity gradient is larger and the smooth structure tends to be stable,and the accuracy of the numerical simulation results is verified by the verification experiment.Finally,the load test was carried out on the crusher.The results showed that the production efficiency,the yield and the crushing quality were increased by 26%,20%and 2%,respectively.This paper proposes to reduce the rotational speed of the rotor to solve the problem of low electric power production.When the rotor speed is reduced to 2075r/min,the electric power production is increased by 22%,which is the optimal working condition.In this paper,the 9R-40 type can be reduced and the reference is made to the future crusher and its research.
