The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of feeding and feeding on the morphological structure of liver, spleen, pancreas, colon and jejunum and liver related genes in Mongolian male lambs.30 Mongolian male lambs with an average weight of 20.70 ± 3.51 Kg were randomly divided into control group(CG)and restriction group(RG).(0-60d)and compensatory rearing(61-120d).At the end of the restriction period, five samples were randomly selected from two groups.(CH,RH)and straw(CM,RM)were collected in each group. The green hay group was fed with fine concentrate ratio of 5:5 and the straw group Rough than 3:7 straw concentrate diets, after the compensation period, all slaughtered samples. The changes of liver, spleen, pancreas and colon morphology were studied by tissue section method.Real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect the metabolism-related genes in the jejunum and liver. The effects of restriction and compensation on the jejunum colon and related organs were studied. The The results show:Test 1 Results:(1)the results of the Mongolian lamb colon under the test conditions:strong metabolism of the colon mucosa, nutrition limit for some time,as the animal body tends to absorb more energy, mucosal thickness compensatory increase.(2)The results of Mongolian male lamb liver under the experimental conditions were as follows:60 weeks later, the liver circumference of RG group was significantly lower than that of CG group. And 60 days after nutritional compensation, the liver cell circumference returned to normal levels.Liver central venous circumference, liver cell circumference back to normal.(3)The results of the spleen of Mongolian male lambs under the experimental conditions:Nutritional limitation and compensation had no obvious effect on the white pulp of the spleen, and there may be a significant increase in spleen and white bone when the immune response occurred.(4)The results of the pancreas of the Mongolian male lambs under the experimental conditions:the peritoneal circumference of the pancreas, the gray value of the pancreas, the period of nutrition restriction and the period of compensation were not significantTest 2 Results:(1)The(?)anges of the expression of jejunum gene:Under the experimental conditions, high(?)eeision material compensation contributed to the expression of Claudin-1 mRNA and increased the cell barrier effect.Nutritional limitation was 60 days. The expression of Caveolin-1 mRNA in feeder group was 3.27 times higher than that in control group.Nutritional compensation after 60 days, may be due to Caveolin-1 gene in the feeder gene expression compensatory significantly increased, and compensation to return to normal levels.Nutritional limitation and compensation had no effect on the expression of connexin-43 gene in jejunum.(2)Liver fat metabolism gene changes:nutritional restrictions PPAR ? gene mRNA expression was significantly higher than the control group, nutritional restrictions lead to lipolysis, liver synthesis of triglycerides for storage. The expression of FASN and ACACA gene was significantly decreased after nutrient limitation, mainly due to the decrease of acetic acid and high expression of FASN and ACACA gene.
