| This research labels on chosen twenty-one types star anise and then conducts an investigation and sample on them.The research aims to provide a scientific basis of manual intervention,nutrition regulation and the increasing set of fruit in the production of star anise cultivation.It mainly focuses on investigating the length and weight of plant bearing branches,buds size,flowering amount,the number and size of spring and autumn fruit,drop rate of flower and fruit in different stages,and collecting blades samples with a view to analyze the content of N,P,K,Na,Mg,Zn,B elements of different periods.It is therefore makes an in-depth analysis of the dynamic changes and regulations of blade,flower organs and nutrition changes in the process of star anise blossoming,then discovers its nutrition change rules.The results of this research are as following:1.Nitrogen has the highest amount in the elements of star anise blade,then is the potassium content,the content of magnesium is lower than content of nitrogen and potassium,phosphorous and sodium are the lowest ones,and they have little differences,zinc has the highest amount in microelements,then is boron.So the sequence is N>K>Mg>P>Na>Zn>B.2.There is an obvious rising trend of nitrogen in the process of blades of star anise blossom,phosphorous increases slightly,potassium,sodium,magnesium and zinc turn to decline,basically boron remains the same,the above shows that star anise has a great demand for the elements of potassium,sodium,magnesium and zinc in blossoming.From wither period and the first month after it,the content of sodium basically unchanged,nitrogen,phosphorus,magnesium and zinc decline,these phenomenas indicate there is a great demand for the elements of potassium,sodium,magnesium and zinc when fruits enlarge.Each elements rise again and back into balance from the third or fourth month after wither period.3.Through the analysis of correlation analysis among nutrition elements of the squaring stage,the length of branch and diameter of stem,it shows that nitrogen and phosphorus are significantly correlated with the length of branch,there is a significant negative correlation between sodium and branches,other elements have no correlation with branches.4.The flowering amount can be concludes as follows:the flowering amount manifests that spring shoots of this year>one-year-old branch>second-year-old branch>three-year-old branch>perennial branch.Moreover,spring pin of this year is the main flowering branch,and it accounts for more than 80%of the total flower amount.5.As for the number of spring and autumn fruits,the gross of spring fruit is larger than its in autumn,but occasionally,the number of autumn fruit which belongs to single plant is larger than that in spring,it is clear to see that the gross of spring and autumn fruits has little relation with flowering amount.6.The correlation between the width and weight of the fruits are significant and it has a significant correlation between the thickness and weight of the fruits.7.In general,the rate of fallen flowers from the squaring stage to wither period drops 50%,the highest fallen rate is above 68%,the rate of fallen fruit from one month after wither period to the fourth month after wither period drops 50%,the highest fallen rate is above 90%. |
