To explore the application effects of glucose oxidase-added compound probiotics and star anise oil on Weaned swine,growth performance,fecal microorganisms,serum biochemistry and immunity of weaned swine were studied in this research.In this experiment,32 healthy weaned swine(D×L×Y)at the age of 28 day and the body weight of 14.96 ± 0.30 kg were randomly assigned to 4 treatments with 8 replicates per treatment and arranged in a 2 × 2 factorial design.The control was fed with basal dietonly,the glucose oxidase-added compound probiotics treatment(GCPS)was the basal diet with 1000mg/kg glucose oxidase-added compound probiotics,the star anise oil treatment(SAO)was the basal diet with 500 mg/kg star anise oil,and the star anise oil and glucose oxidase-added compound probiotics treatment(SAO+GCPS)was the basal diet with 500 mg/kg anise oil and1000 mg/kg glucose oxidase-added compound probiotics.The experiment lasted 42 days after7 days adaptation.The results showed that there was no difference in growth performance among four treatments.Compared to the control,GCPS increased(P < 0.05)the number of Lactobacillus in feces(21 d and 42 d),serum T-SOD(21 d and 42 d)and GSH-Px(42 d),liver GSH-Px activity,serum TP(21 d and 42 d),HDL(42 d),IgA(21 d and 42 d)and IgM(21 d and 42 d)concentration,and liver Nrf2 mRNA expression.However,the number of Escherichia coli in fecal(21 d),liver MDA concentration and serum AST(42 d)activity,serum LDL(42 d)concentration and liver Keap1 mRNA expression were decreasce(P <0.05).Compared with control,SAO increased(P < 0.05)the number of Lactobacillus in feces(21 d and 42 d),serum T-SOD(21 d and 42 d)and GSH-Px(42 d),liver T-SOD and GSH-Px activity,serum TP(21 d and 42 d),HDL(42 d),IgA(21 d and 42 d),IgG(21 d and 42 d)and IgM(21 d and 42 d)concentration,and liver Nrf2 mRNA expression(P < 0.05),but serum MDA(21 d)and liver MDA concentration,,serum AST(42 d)activity and liver Keap1 mRNA expression were decreased(P < 0.05).With the extension of test time,the activities of T-SOD and GSH-Px,the concentrations of TP,SUN and HDL in serum of each treatment were increased linearly(P < 0.05).However,the number of Escherichia coli in feces,the activities of ALT,ALP and the concentration of IgM decreased linearly with the extension of the test time(P < 0.05).TCHO concentration in serum of control,SAO,and SAO+GCPS treatments increased linearly with the extension oftest time(P < 0.05).The number of Lactobacillus in feces of GCPS,SAO and SAO+GCPS treatments increased linearly(P < 0.05),and the concentration of MDA and AST in serum decreased linearly(P < 0.05).The concentration of IgA in the serum of the control and SAO treatments,the concentration of LDL in the serum of the GCPS and SAO+GCPS treatments,and the concentration of IgG in the serum of the control decreased linearly with the extension of the test time(P < 0.05).This experiment proved that adding GCPS and SAO to the feed improved body immunity,serum and liver antioxidant capacity in weaned swine.
