In recent years,the development of complete agricultural mechanization and the promotions of all straw returning have inversely raising seedling technology improvement.The realization of mechanization in all process of rice planting in our country must rely on the development of standardized seedling nursing technology.In this process,to improve the rice seedlings quality by using seedling nursery substrate,raise the compatibility of rice nursery substrate and rice mechanical transplant technology,promote the factory seedling nursery technology and reduce the cost of rice seedlings play an important role in promoting China’s rice planting mechanization level for the long-term development.The area of tidal flats in Jiangsu province is the first in the nation,accounts for about a quarter of the total national tidal flats.The mudflat development and utilization involved the dynamic balance of the plow land,and related to long-term development in Jiangsu province.Looking for new ways of salt resistant seedlings and forming a targeted cultivation technique system has become a top priority.Therefore,research to adapt to the mechanization of salt resistant seedlings cultivation medium is very necessary.In this paper,the ratio of salt-resistant seedling nursery substrate to soil using in rice seedling and field application demonstration have been studied.The effect of different ratio seedling on rice seedling quality and yield were also researched.And the seedlings strong degree has been analyzed from the viewpoint of physiology and photosynthesis.Intended to prove salt-resistant seedling nursery substrate to machine standard and improve the machine technology,to provide theoretical support for the mechanization of rice seedlings,the development of modern agriculture and rice grew in the coastal tidal flats.The main results were as followed:1 Effect of substrate to soil ratio on rice seedling quality and photosynthesisThe 75%salt-resistant seedling nursery substrate + 25%soil can achieve the best effect of the seedlings.With the indicators such as seedling rate,leaf age,leaf width,plant height,plant dry weight,root dry weight,root activity and leaf photosynthesis indexes were better than that of pure matrix seedlings and seedlings of soil.2 Effect of substrate on salt resistance of rice seedlingsThe substrates played a certain role in promoting salt resistance of rice seedlings.For it can weaken the influence of the salt difference concentration on rice leaf ages,promote plant and root growth,increase the chlorophyll content and strengthen photosynthesis.3 Effect of substrate on rice yield and yield componentsThe 75%substrates + 25%soil mix ratio seedlings can improve the rice yield.Compared with 100%of conventional soil seedlings,the average production per hectare can be increased by 165.45 kg,with growth rate of 1.71%.The increase production mechanism is to increase the effective panicles per ha,grain number and seed setting rate.Using 4.5 t/ha salt-resistant substrate on the basis of 3 ‰ salt field conventionally grown can increase production.Compared with that don’t use salt-resistant substrate,output growth rate was 2.62%.The production mechanism is to increase ear number per ha and thousand seed weight of grains.
