Lick blocks not only provide enough necessary minerals and vitamins, but also increasing the growth rate of cattle and sheep , with good economic benefits. But licking block production has been based on a hand-made production models with auxiliary equipment,regardless of production efficiency and product quality, there are a lot of shortcomings and deficiencies. In this paper, for the lick block molding manufacturing deficiencies, a lick blocks forming automatic production line equipment is researched and designed.In this paper, licking block molding press equipment as well as the status of its key domestic and international development are analyzed, combined with actual production conditions and requirements of the subject first lick blocks forming automatic production line means the overall program design.According to lick blocks forming automatic production requirements, a detailed structural design is carried out on the send reclaiming robot with its design and calculation of hydraulic control systems. Then, the main structural of the lick block molding hydraulic servo presses and the hydraulic system were designed,and servo press hydraulic system simulation analysis is carried out using matlab simulink module.On the basis of mechanical and hydraulic structures,according to the lick blocks forming automatic production line time beats and pressure requirements,in this paper the PLC control system was designed.Finally, according to the spatial layout requirements of lick block automatic production line and exercise overall coordination of the movement requirements, the entirety of lick block automatic production line were detailly simulatied and analysed with co-simulation of Matlab and Adams. The design verification carried out by the co-simulation to verify the feasibility of the system, the simulation data with good guidance for the development and operation of the actual device.
