Straw base material utilization is one of the effective measures of straw comprehensive utilization.With rotten corn straw as main ingredient,after adding inorganic complex,sodium polyacrylate,ferrous sulfate and other accessories as nursery substrates,after compressed into seedling blocks directly used in seedling,can not only determine a fertilizer,save fertilizer dosing process,but also directly transplanting is not root damage,without delay,eliminate the bowl take advantages of the link,has the good economic benefits,ecological benefits.This thesis mainly studies the straw seedling blocks molding process,pressing to determine the optimal parameter combination,for seedling of blocks molding machinery research and development and to provide theoretical reference for performance optimization.The research contents of this paper include:(1)Considering the seedling blocks in addition to a balanced,but also has certain damage strength,through transport,problems such as turbulence and seedling after water spray wet not lax,and meet the needs of the plant root growth and other conditions,such as literature,based on the analysis of matrix ingredients,matrix matching scheme is determined,and the matrix material characteristic analysis,the results show that various aspects of indicators meet the requirements of plant growth.(2)Considering the influence of different crop root growth requirements and compression methods on seedling blocks molding,the simulation experiment of seed blocks molding process based on EDEM software was conducted to analyze the influence of different mold radius and different compression methods on the quality of seedling blocks molding,so as to provide theoretical basis for mold optimization design and compression methods.(3)On the basis of material characteristic,with material moisture content and compression ratio and compression speed respectively as the test factors,with the damage strength,bibulous rate,inflation rate as test indexes in experimental study,the analysis of various factors on the seedling of blocks forming the influence law of quality and performance,to establish the regression model between the various factors indicators.The results showed that the optimum moisture content ranged from 18% to 22%.Compression is optimal range is 2.75 to 3.50;The optimal compression speed range is 90mm/min to 130mm/min.(4)Taking moisture content,compression ratio and compression speed as experimental factors,the tri-component quadric orthogonal rotary combination design experiment was carried out to establish a mathematical model between the parameters of moisture content,compression ratio,compression speed and water absorption,anti-failure strength,expansion rate,etc.,so as to obtain the optimized parameter combination of each index.MATLAB software was used for multi-index parameter optimization,and the optimal parameter combination was obtained as follows: moisture content was 20.79%,compression ratio was 2.95,compression speed was 108mm/min,at this time,the glop of seedlings with strong damage strength,good water absorption performance and low expansion rate.The optimum parameters were used to suppress the seedling lump and the seedling experiment was carried out.The experimental results provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of blocks forming technology and forming machinery for straw seedlings.
