| Reed is a kind of typical crops can be used to replace wood pulp and paper industry in China,the distribution of a wide range of annual output up to 2 million 200 thousand tons,but the utilization rate is very low,the main reason is the reed material handling,the compression of materials with low density,single relatively large occupied space,can not meet the transport of materials the load demand,and transport and production costs of enterprises lifted.In order to improve the compression density of reed bundles,improve the degree of automation of packaging machinery,this paper researches the automatic packaging machinery of reed,the main research contents include:(1)According to the specific needs of reed pack,according to the analysis of reed packaging machine overall layout and structure,working conditions,clear changes of its motion and load,and to determine the main parameters of hydraulic system,formulate corresponding principle diagram of hydraulic system,and the system project.Design,calculation,selection of the main hydraulic components.(2)The simulation analysis of the hydraulic system developed by AMEsim simulation software for the simulation process,the execution speed of the hydraulic cylinder components,oil inlet and outlet of the flow and pressure change trend,and analyzes the reasons for the dynamic characteristic curve of each executive component,and then test the operation stability of each circuit of the hydraulic system,and according to the results,the corresponding parts of the hydraulic system in the draft amendment.(3)According to the hydraulic system to the corresponding actuator order,electromagnetic valve of different station power order,control system design using Gx-Developer reed packing machine,determine the I/O signal distribution table,program ladder diagram,drawing the external wiring diagram,so as to realize automatic control of compression of the packing process,the final design and improvement perfect reed baler hydraulic control system. |
