The Research On Fresh Corn Of Sweet&waxy "Annong Sweet-waxy 1" About Key Industrialization Supporting Technology

Sweet and waxy corn is important for new fruits and vegetables,the contents of soluble polysaccharides,vitamins and trace elements are rich in nutrients,as a kind of high-quality fruit corn and healthy food utilization.Sweet corn and waxy corn are two typical types of fresh corn,high quality sweet corn,waxy corn has been a lot of supply.However,sweet and waxy waxy maize varieties because of its good palatability,widely favored development has become an important branch and varieties of fresh maize production.Before the domestic breeding of sweet waxy maize varieties,planted mostly introduction,because of regional differences,taste,quality and yield have defects,research related technology is relatively weak,high quality and high yield cultivation and lack of corresponding technical support.In this study,a new fresh corn variety "sweet and waxy Anhui Agriculture University independent breeding Annong waxy 1" as material,using comparative experiment and plot experiments and other conventional methods,the related technology research focus on "Annong waxy 1" new varieties of industrial applications involving pollution-free breeding and seed production techniques cultivation techniques of fresh preservation technology and simple,good comprehensive utilization of by-product.To lay the foundation for efficient utilization of "Annong waxy 1" high quality,standardization,safety production and by-products,plays an important role in promoting the industrialization development and application of the breed,to promote the adjustment of agricultural structure,has important practical significance to promote the new rural construction and the development of county economy.The main results are as follows:1.By experiment and comparative analysis method,combined with the factors of the key factors affecting the seed yield of female effective panicles and grains per spike and seed setting rate of female parent,identified "Annong waxy 1" parents 310 and 250 over the same period of sowing,parental row ratio 1:5?6 and female planting densities of 3500-4000/mu can reach production yield and good quality.2.With improved matching and non pollution and non pollution Cultivation Requirements Standard Specification in the application of fresh corn production conditions,fertilization and sowing methods based on that "Annong waxy 1" planting density control in 3500 plants/mu,sowing period was in late March is the best production.At the same time sowing seedling_with 50%Phoxim and seed isazophos mixed sand is applied in the seed row key prevention and control of plant diseases and insect pests and the tiger mole cricket;at the seedling and filling stage by 100gBt(biological pesticide)with insect net lOKg dry soil,50%fine harm Bataan 1000 times spray and 50%Uranus EC 3000 times liquid and other key controlling corn borer,armyworm,aphid control,to achieve green pollution-free production standards.3.Through the "Annong waxy 1" fresh rods of the environmental temperature,microbial contamination,relative humidity and storage of different treatment,that take 84 disinfectant(0.008%effective chlorine concentration)for 3 minutes,-1?into the storage temperature to 1 ?,control the relative humidity is 80%-85%can last more than 35 days.4.The use of sweet corn straw,corn cob and other by-products as materials,letinous edodes substitute cultivation experiment by different proportion of waxy corn straw,corn cob,corn straw,corn cob results instead of sawdust ratio reached 35%,the average time of letinous edodes full of mycelium cultivated by 4 days,the average color change time reduced by 3 days,the average the mushroom time reduced by 1.9 days,letinous edodes reached significant level of yield and biological effect.In summary,this paper takes "Annong waxy 1" as the core,the variety with high yield and high quality seed production techniques,to develop high yield cultivation techniques of non pollution system,and obtained the optimal ratio of fresh edible fungus production rod preservation optimal temperature,humidity and other natural conditions and by-products as base material.The results for "Annong waxy 1" standardization and safety production provides the technical foundation,has important meaning for the varieties of industrialization and popularization,expand the application.
