The Study On Evaluation Index System And Region Division Of The Regional Advantages Of Organic Dairy Farming In China

Organic dairy farming in China is relatively dispersed,regional advantage is not obvious,the development of’ organic milk industry cannot gather regional resources,market and other advantages.Study on the regional advantage of organic dairy farming in China,division of the regional advantage of organic dairy farming,can improve the regional industrial structure,promote regional economic development,improve the comprehensive strength of the region.This study divided the regional advantage of organic dairy farming,provide a theoretical basis for the rational distribution of organic dairy,promote the healthy development of Chinese organic dairy industry,and promote the sustainable development of Chinese dairy industry.The study of the regional advantage of organic dairy farming adopts literature research method,comparative research method and empirical analysis method.The evaluation indexes and evaluation methods of the regional advantage of organic dairy farming were determined,and the evaluation index system was constructed.The regional advantage of organic dairy farming were divided.Conclusions of the study are as follows:1.The evaluation index system of the regional advantage of organic dairy farming was constructed.Based on the analysis of the ecological,economic and social factors on the regional advantage of organic dairy farming.evaluation indexes of the regional advantages of organic dairy farming were selected According to the selecting principles which include the system and integrity,representative,scientific,easy operation.Construct the evaluation index system of the regional advantage of organic dairy farming.This evaluation index system includes four levels:the first layer is the target layer,the regional advantage of organic dairy farming in China.The second layer is the indexes of the regional advantage of organic dairy farming in China,including the ecological indicators,economic indicators and social indicators.The third layer is the index level of each index class,which includes nine indicators,including geographical climate,production base,environment cost,location,trade,consumption,science and technology,policy,culture.The fourth layer is the index terms of each index layer,including the temperature,humidity,milk yield,a total of 23 specific indicators.This evaluation index system can not only evaluate the regional advantage of organic dairy farming,but also can be extended to the division of the regional advantages of organic livestock and poultry.2.Division of the regional advantage of organic dairy farming.According to the evaluation index system,through the non dimensional treatment.Through the scoring principles,the scores of the provinces were calculated,the ecological advantages,economic advantages and social advantages were divided,And then divided into the regional advantage,the regional comparative advantage,the regional non advantage.Regional advantage including in Heilongjiang,Inner Mongolia,Hebei,Shandong,Henan,Sichuan six provinces(area);Regional comparative advantage including Xinjiang,Beijing,Anhui,Jilin,Jiangsu,Shanghai,Fujian,Gansu,Guangdong,Shanxi,Tianjin,Liaoning,Shanxi,Ningxia,Yunnan,Jiangxi,Hunan,Zhejiang,Hubei,Tibet,Guangxi,Qinghai 22 provinces(area);Regional non advantage including Guizhou,Chongqing and Hainan provinces city.3.Comparative study on the regional advantage of conventional dairy farming.The regional advantage of organic dairy farming are basically in the range of the regional advantage of conventional dairy farming.Some areas of the regional comparative advantage of organic dairy farming are in the range of the regional advantage of conventional dairy farming,some are not.The Regional non advantage of organic dairy farming were not in the regional advantage of conventional dairy farming.
