| To Belamcanda chinensis as a material,through potted water control and fertilization test to study the effects of three kinds of drought treatments and three treatments on chlorophyll content,seedling height,crown,yield,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,photosynthetic parameters and related physiological indexes.The results show:1.The drought stress will decrease the chlorophyll content,seedling height,crown and yield of Belamcanda chinensis,and increase with the increase of stress degree,and the diurnal variation of chlorophyll fluorescence and photosynthetic parameters also decreased,but the physiological index were increase in the degree of drought increased.2.With the increase of drought degree,chlorophyll content decreased by 9.2%,19.9%,26.6%,crown decreased by 32.5%,47.5%,78.8%,seedling height decreased by 26.8%,52.9%,72.5%,there was a significant positive correlation between stress and intensity of the crown,and diurnal variation of chlorophyll fluorescence and photosynthetic parameters gradually increased with increase of drought degree.Leaf tissue damage,photosynthesis blocked,four kinds of physiological indicators gradually increased,osmotic regulation and membrane lipid oxidation strengthened,so the yield was inhibited,showing a significant reduction trend.3.With the increase of fertilizer application rate,the chlorophyll content,growth index,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,photosynthetic parameters and physiological indexes of the compound fertilizer,organic fertilizer and formula fertilizer increased,and the formula fertilizer showed great growth.4.Under the treatment of formula fertilizer,the chlorophyll content increased by 19.7%,23.7%,38.2% respectively,and the seedling height increased by 38.1%,48.1%,49.3% respectively.The crown increased by 51%,60%,63.8% The fluorescence parameters Fo,Fm,NPQ are the lowest,Fv/Fm,ΦpsⅡ,qP are the highest;Pn,Gs,Ci,Tr reach the highest level,they are consistent with formula fertilizer.The content of proline,soluble protein,soluble sugar were the highest and MDA was weaker.The above ground growth,underground growth,biological yield and economic yield increased by 76%,60.1%,52 %,52.9%,and there was a significant positive correlation with above ground growth,biological yield and economic yield.5.Compound fertilizer can increase chlorophyll content and growth index,it’s chlorophyll content,photosynthetic parameters,physiological indexes were between the other two fertilizers,the biomass yield increased first and then decreased at the M level.6.Organic fertilizer will inhibit the chlorophyll content of Belamcanda chinensis,crown and seedling height were the worst,Fo,Fm,NPQ were the highest,Fv/Fm,ΦpsⅡ,qP were the lowest,and there was significant positive correlation with Fm,Pn,Gs,Ci,Tr were the smallest increase to increased by 49.4%,20%,23.1%,26.8%,the lowest growth7.rate of physiological index.Four kinds of yield decreased with the increase of fertilizer amount,biological yield and economic yield were lower than CK at all levels,and there was a negative correlation with the four productions,among which the yield and economic yield were negatively correlated. |
