Abelmoschus Corolla is originated from the flowers of Abelmoschus man.ihot(L.)Medic.that comes from Abelmoschus of Malvaceae.The traditional chinese medicine is cold nature and sweet taste.The efficacy of this traditional chinese medicine is detumescence by detoxification,clearing away heat and promoting diuresis for oral and external application.It has been used for treatment of dropsy,nephritis,carbuncle and durn due to hot liquid or fire.Now,as the common traditional chinese medicine to treat nephritis,it is used to fiant capsule and torche for clinical application.It is one of the medicine originated from flowers in large amount and great benefit.But in the long-term cultivation process,due to the lack of research on medicinal plants of Abelmoschus manihot nutrition physiology.On one hand,this have lead to the content of effective components of Abelmoschus corolla reduced year by year.On the other hand,in the field,damage by disease and insect become heavier and heavier.The increase of input and yield reduction made the production costs continue to increasing and production efficiency declining.A study on nutritional physiology of Abelmoschus manihot and formulating scientific and rational fertilization program is an urgent need of the production of Abelmoschus corolla;At the same time,is also one of the factors of continuous cropping obstacles beset sunset of Abelmoschus manihot flowers yield and quality improvement.This thesis is divided into five parts.The main contents are as follows:1.Overviewing the research of Abelmoschus manihot in recent years,introducing its biological characteristics,and summarizing the major outcomes of its chemical composition,pharmacological effects and clinical application.At the same time carries on the summary to the main research achievements of Abelmoschus manihot nutritional physiology,plant physiology,continuous cropping obstacle.2.From a comprehensive survey of this research field test plots from the geographical location,climate,soil nutrient status etc.and measured and evaluated the different planting years of Abelmoschus manihot rhizosphere soil physical and chemical properties in order to know the nutrient status of test plots and comparative study on determination and the experimental effect of fertilization scheme later conveniently.Simultaneous determination of Abelmoschus corolla quality evaluation scheme,with true,reliable quality evaluation of Abelmoschus manihot under different nutritional conditions.3.Through the use of common agricultural "3414" large amounts of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and field experiment design in the application of Abelmoschus manihot cultivation,suitable for the production of high yield,high quality clear of Abelmoschus manihot best macro-nutrients fertilizer ratio.Through determination of the content of index components under different fertilization scheme of Abelmoschus Corolla and Abelmoschus manihot flowers yields.The results show that,for the Yixing region of Abelmoschus manihot yield and quality production of fertilizer ratio is treatment N(N2P1K1).The nitrogen fertilizer amount should maintain local fertilization or slightly high also,phosphorus,potassium fertilizer should be slightly lower than the local fertilizer or equivalent to the local fertilizer and add to the test chemical fertilizer are urea 6.52kg/mu,calcium superphosphate 12.5kg/mu,potassium chloride 2.5kg/mu.4.Based on the experimental plots of trace elements(iron,magnesium,sodium,zinc,manganese,boron)to determine and analyze the contents,develop different concentration trace elements(zinc,manganese,boron)fertilization scheme,through the content component indexes of different fertilizer concentration and determination of Abelmoschus manihot flowers yield of different concentration of fertilizer treatment under Abelmoschus manihot and various trace elements,preferably with the yield increasing effect and improve fertilizer fertilization scheme of Abelmoschus Corolla quality.We Selected the appropriate concentration of the fertilizer application of Abelmoschus manihot zinc sulfate and manganese sulfate 0.05%,0.01%,0.01%boric acid,and if below this value which will no significant difference of yield.If more than 0.1%zinc sulfate,manganese sulfate 0.1%,boric acid concentration 0.1%,can not only increase yield,but also have the negative effect of production.Therefore,can with the application of fertilizers in Abelmoschus manihot in actual production,not only can increase the yield,but also maintain good quality,but must pay attention to the amount of it.5.Using the top pruning,plant growth of Abelmoschus manihot bud stage and florescence were bud after topping and flowering topping,determination of the topping treatment in flower of Abelmoschus manihot hyperin,Isoquercitrin,myricetin and quercetin content of index components by HPLC method,and the statistical different topping treatments of Abelmoschus manihot flowers yield;Combined with SPSS analysis of variance,to evaluate the quality of different topping treatment of Abelmoschus manihot flowers yield and medicinal materials,provides the theory basis for the field operation of Abelmoschus manihot topping and standardized cultivation.The test results showed that the optimum of Abelmoschus manihot topping stage to florescence topping,it is suitable to retain the branch number is 8 to 10;This chapter also on the content of heavy metals in Abelmoschus corolla and continuous cropping obstacle of allelochemicals factor were studied,provided theoretical and technical support to alleviate the perfect quality evaluation system and continuous cropping obstacle of Abelmoschus manihot.
