Sowing seeds is important tache in the agricultural production, and lay the foundation for fertility and abundant harvest . The agriculture request that Precision seeding-machine has the good performance and the stable work.. Owing to full close estate of eduction process , Machine operator judges to the seeding-machine working status and the performance main depending on experience, the result lacks of the scientific and accuracy, accordingly bringing on reduction of output of agriculture. the dissertation adopt advanced measure and control technology, combining with sensor, automatic control technology of using in industry and computer, the automatic monitor system was researched and designed for eduction seeds equipment for Precision seeding-machine of high reliability, strong anti-jamming capability, perfect function and the better adaptability. aiming at the different crop, Each row was allowed to establishing the different parameter, and realization automatic statistics eduction seeds quantity. Simultaneously monitors eduction seeds equipment, discovered it appears malfunction (for example breaking strip or leaking sowing seeds phenomenon) ,in time put into practice the double alarming. and reminds the pilot to stop the machine and look up.The dissertation research and analyse that a precision seeding-machine all kinds of eduction seeds equipment seed situation, and choose a more reasonable sensor and its installment position on the eduction seeds equipment, anatomise PLC and control characteristic, hereby choosing the best advanced FX2N series PLC of Japanese SANLING company put up monitor. And designs the seeder seed examination system principle diagram, programs the control system trapezoidal chart using versatile PLC GPPW3.0 software. (the GX empoldernt implement). In the actual debugging process, the PLC procedure can the normal operation, basically achieve the automatic control the request, the procedure control compares with the Single Chip Micyoco nimbly, convenient, and easy revised.Finally, the dissertation had considered to precision seeding-machine working conditions quite bad, the system receiveing the bigger outside disturbance, and can't guaranteeing the system the normal safe operation. analyzed the PLC disturbance main origin,proposed the corresponding reliable measure, in order to eliminates or the reduced disturbance influence, guarantee system normal operation. Through the above research analysis, have the certain theory significance and the application value to the seeding-machine development, will have some reference function for the later actual development and the application.
